    I think his, er, protection might have slipped. I went to a male friend's wrestling tournament once, and got quite excited when I saw the occasional bulges. Then my friend hissed to me – in an "ohmigod you're so embarassing" kind of way – that sometimes cups slip. I don't think professional sports are that arousing.

    Or he could be that big anyway, but I suspect Kickette would have picked that up at some point before this.

    Also, to hurl myself under the bandwagon, what is UP with his left leg?

      haha The only person that I've ever seen wear a cup, we made fun of until he stopped wearing it. He would wear it to practice, too. What a weirdo.

      I've seen more soccer players with hard-ons than I can count. Don't know if it happens in other sports, but good Lord, footy has more than its share of excitable men, that's all I can say.

      Anyway, there's something very off about this photo. Is it an April Fools photoshop prank??

    I saw this picture on getty images directly after the game so I don't know how it could a photohop. I did notice how odd it looks, and I thought I might see it on here for it's short tent strangeness. Windy day maybe?

    There is something seriously wrong with that photo…if you can get beyond whatever is happening in his shorts…you'll see that his left leg is completely distorted…which leads me to believe that the rest of the photo's authenticity is questionable.

      yeah….from his knee down it just looks at the wrong angle for the rest of his leg, unless he's suffered a compound fracture of the tibia/fibula. That seems highly unlikely as it would mean he broke it while kicking the ball and not from a tackle or fall.
