Arjen & Bernadien Robben: Well Suited & Bumping Along

We never pegged Bayern Munich and Netherlands star Arjen Robben as a polka-dotted-bow-tie-and-matching-pocket-square kind of guy. We like when we’re surprised like this.
Arjen and his pretty (pregnant) wife Bernadien attended the German GQ Men Of The Year Awards on Saturday night in Berlin. He was honoured as the International Sportsman Of The Year while we were finally made aware of the couple’s impending bundle of joy. We’re all kinds of jealous over her gold sequined column gown, amazing Lady Dior clutch, and ability to look fresh and dewy while pregnant.
For the Arjen admirers out there – any idea when his wifey is due? And what do all of you think of the man’s sartorial statement here?

According to a german newspaper the baby is due in February.
awww i used to think he was just a crazy man! now he's a crazy man with a great suit and a wonderful wife and baby ^^
Wow, they both look so amazing and tasteful (she's gorgeous). In fact, Robben looks oddly intellectual in that outfit, like some science professor or a Silicon Valley computer dude who runs marathons on the weekend– not a footballer.
I'm so happy for them! She looks lovely!
