At the Races: Manchester United
Another afternoon of racing at Chester – wonder if the Manchester United lads had better luck on their horses than Mikey Owen.
Yesterday was Ladies Day at the race track, but it was strictly a day out for the boys, who watched the 4.35, enjoyed a drink in a private box, and did a little horse whispering in the paddocks.
No word on who came out a winner (there was a favourite called Viva Ronaldo), or who forced Edwin van der Sar to do the requisite “I’m tall, you’re short” jockey pose.
Side note: We’ve noticed that Ryan Giggs is making sexy eyes into the camera. He wants us. And we finally have proof.
Another side note: Yeah, he’s not looking at us at all, is he? Never mind.
Update – Leanne Wassell, Wes Brown’s gal, was there.

And Ryan IS quite dishy. BTW, according to Freckles, our resident racing pundit and part-time bookie, the United boys sponsored a race yesterday, the "Moscow Eight" maiden handicap. Heehee.
Sheasy is laughing, he must have backed the winner. Wonder if the horse pictured is Moscow Eight?
Sorry, I wasn't trying to be mean, I just don't find any of those men attractive. Well maybe if Giggs was topless again I'd think differently…Anyone else think thats Fletchers sex face?

Ryan is 5'11", Mrs. Ballack. He and Scholesy just look shorter than they really are because they're hanging out with the tall boys. Although Paul is only 5'7", he and Ryan look to be similar height because of the camera angle. Also, in the first picture, Ryan is leaning forward against the railing, making himself look shorter.
Um, yeah so thats a lot of unattractive men in one picture.

The height of horse jockeys shouldn’t surprise me, seeing as I live in Kentucky and all, but… jeez. That one is TINY!
Well, I have been known to make the odd wager on the ponies.
I think they look great, especially Ryan and John. Wes had a recurrence of his ankle injury this week and probably shouldn't be standing up for hours at the races.

O'Shea's flying tie and thrown-back head w/ cackle makes the picture for me. Lol!
So glad to see that our boys have made their way to the frontpage, looking dashing in their suits. Well, at least all of the blue-grey-brown combo boys look great. Edwin rocks the sexy professor look like no one else can. FYI to Kickette: Ryan must have been looking past the camera to find me.
And I agree with Dreamie that Ryan wins the best-dressed award. Laughing Sheasy is adorable!!
