B-Day: Ryan Giggs Turns 36

Proof that aging / beauty are not an oxymoron, the ever-sexy Ryan Giggs celebrated his 36th birthday on Sunday.
On the birthday boy: He scored his 100th Premier League goal on Saturday against Portsmouth. He does good charity work. He’s loyal, old-school and well on his way to becoming a silver fox. He’s a ledg, no doubt. But we’re going to reflect instead our two standout Giggsy moments:
1. This photo; and
2. The moment that forever haunts our nights and dreams. We’ve mentioned it before. The Versace launch party in London. Ryan. Standing alone in a fine suit. We, without balls, scurrying away to flirt with the DJ instead.
It’s a pain that never goes away.
But back to Giggsy: happy birthday, luv!

The word LEGEND is too easily thrown about these days, but Ryan really is the epitome of a footballing legend. He loves to play beautiful football, he loves to win, and he loves Manchester United. In fifty years, in a hundred years, his name will still be held in highest regard. Thank you, Ryan, for your years of amazing service to my club, and for being such a gentleman and such a superb player.
Oh, and I forgot – HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!

Beautifully put. I echo those sentiments whole-heartedly. Words cannot possibly express the profound respect, admiration and love that I feel for him as a man, as an athlete and as a Manchester United player. Football would not be the same without Ryan Giggs.

Ryan is one of the few men that is respected throught the footballing world, and an excellent role model for all young professionals, no matter what colours they play in.
He is a living legend and although that term is too cheaply applied these days………….. in Ryan's case it is 100% true.
Of course, added to his footballing skills, his high level of sexiness is a bonus for me
