Iker’s made friends with his razor! He’s Pepe Reina approved now.

It's taken around twenty years off him! Well done to him.

Not only is Pastasauce gonna get ditched, he’s going to wipe out whatever is left of Group H with the entire Spanish squad! I found out about this before Kickette posted this, and it was in the middle of the Brazil vs Cote d’Ivoire match. I totally didn’t care of Fabiano scored the opening goal of the match (sorry, hon, but Spanish fashion trumps Brazilian footballing success for a while back there) and I squealed so much my dad gave me the evil eye.
Ah, I’ve been sulky for so long over the loss in Durban, which is a spooky place, if you ask me. The Goliaths that played in Durban so far failed to win, ending with losses and pathetic draws. Thank goodness Spain isn’t going to be there any more, or I’ll run over Golsen Fernandes with my ninja powers.

Iker has always been a better goalkeeper when he's absolutely furious, rather than cheerful or depressed. I don't think it a coincidence that his goalkeeping skills decreased as the utter fail of the Real Madrid back line decreased — he doesn't know what to do with himself when he's not screaming bloody murder at his centrebacks. And while I don't want Spain's back line to turn into RM's of three and four years ago — not that it would, with Puyol and Pique back there — I'm hoping that the shame of losing against Switzerland will make him angry enough he will go back to being a bloody good goalkeeper.

I think I must of been the only one who liked the beard. I didnt like it when it was like in full bloom and covered his beautiful face but I thought that he looked nice with a bit of stubble.
