Lucas, we realise that your hair situ wasn’t (and shouldn’t have been) uppermost in your mind while you were visiting a soccer club for under-10′s in flood-hit Bangkok. For that reason, we’re not going to give you a hard time.
But you do seem to be sporting a bit of a combover there. Please be careful. These things have a way of getting out of control.

Rafa Marquez and his gorgeous wife Jaydy Michel (she’s even more stunning in person, trust us) attended a charity gala which benefitted Casita
Maria, a center of arts and education for underprivileged youth. The event, seen by some as the unofficial ‘kick off’ to the New York Social season, was hosted by the zippy stylist, Robert Verdi, at famed NYC hotel, the Mandarin Oriental.
Rafa looked like a cup full of handsome yum in his tux, to which he added a bit of flair by donning a patterned bow tie. Jaydy opted for a ‘golden glow’ look with her strapless tea length dress which was complimented by teardrop diamond earrings.
You dig their looks, Kickettes?

John Carew has never been one to loll on the sidelines of snappy and stylish clothing choices. Not when cutoff denim and Fendi murses exist.
So while it’s hard for us to guesstimate when Carew ditched this maven of mismatchiness for yet another round of lust/love with socialite Hofit Golan, we realise it’s unequivocally impossible for this footballer (and others out there like him) to be out of our league. He’s wearing sunglasses at night for crying out loud. The only time a man should ever do that is when carrying a cane.
It’s a faux pas that’ll forever be way worse than the whole blue-carpet-on-blue-shiny-suit issue that he’s forcing. Not being funny, but if your man showed up to a charity function looking like a distant cousin of Willy Wonka, wouldn’t you break out the biggest can of whoop-ass in the history of whoop-assings? Kickettes, do you agree that Hofit deserves to win the Pulitzer Prize for Patience & Empathy once it’s created in 2018?

Steven Gerrard and Stewart Downing visited Knowsley Safari Park last week. The trip, which was organised in association with the England Footballers foundation, was an opportunity for leukaemia sufferers Thomas McManaman, five, and Joel Hemans, nine, to meet their Liverpool heroes and spend a bit of time chatting with the residents of the park.

Bangs. Some wear them well, while we haven’t worn them since since the early 90′s. Shakira’s, on the other hand, managed to perform quite an impressive disappearing act in Rio de janeiro, Brazil over the weekend.
The Colombian singer – along with Brazilian TV hostess Xuxa – paid a special visit to a social program for poor children last Friday afternoon, in an effort to promote universal primary education. During this visit, she let her (visibly distressed) forehead decorations hang in all their glory.
Good for them.
