To be honest, we haven’t found an addiction to Angry Birds has exactly helped us with productivity around the office, but it’s good to see that the pesky app has it’s creative uses.

As we were dutifully informed by several members of the Kickette Army yesterday, Carlos Bocanegra has been named one of the 25 most stylish Latino-Americans by Complex Magazine. We’ve always known that ‘Los has style, mostly in the form of muscles and whatnot. It turns out that one of the newest members of The Finest Five can also wear clothes pretty darn well. Who knew?

Joe Le Taxi: Joey Cole has eschewed the opportunity to take advantage of his new colleagues’ language skillz… in favour of learning French himself. The Cockney boy, who has just begun a season long loan to Ligue 1 side Lille, told how his new team-mates speak great English, but he ‘doesn’t want to rely on them’. So far, his knowledge extends to ‘Bonjour’ and ‘Au revoir’. Good luck, mate!

Dance Solo: USWNT goalkeeper, Hope Sol0, will be appearing in the latest series of ‘Dancing With The Stars’, it was revealed this week. She will be partnered with the show’s resident hottie, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who, by the by, refers to himself as ‘sex on a stick’. According to HoSo, Maks will be doing most of the work this season since she has ‘no dancing ability’.
PS – Hope will be one of the nude athletes featured in the next edition of ESPN The Body Issue.
