Dimitar Berbatov is a daddy again! The Fulham striker’s wife, Elena, gave a birth to baby girl yesterday in Bulgaria in the wee morning hours, the hospital where the WAG and baby were resting comfortably confirmed on bTV television. Name may or may not be Margarita, in honour of Dimi’s mother, whom Elena may or may not still have beef with.
While we were off collectively losing our minds (and wallets), Christian Vieri and his anonymous lady friend were scootin’ and tootin’ around Miami Beach. Wonder if he and Pato trade dating secrets or something because Melissa Satta’s ex (a frequent habitué of SoBe) always pulls the pretty birds.
Unidentified lady friend’s windblown waves: do you like or lurve? Not that we’re judging her already or anything.
Beau Monde, a Dutch mag, held their annual style awards this week and it should come as no surprise that two of our favourite Dutch WAGs were recognized. Sylvie, in a dress by Jay Ahr and Jimmy Choo heels, won the Style Award and Yolanthe won the Cover Award. We assume that means she had the best cover of the year.
Said cover is to the left. Apparently the Photoshoppers thought erasing half of her waist was a good idea. It looks painful. Her hair is wider than her body. We’re calling Photoshop fail on this one.
Anywho, both ladies looked appropriately coiffed on the night and made sure the makers of eyeliner wouldn’t be going out of business any time soon. Congrats on all feats!
