Champions League Results, Part II: Show Us What We Want To See

Unfortunately, we missed most of the European action yesterday, including AC Milan overcoming Zenit 3-2 in the remaining minutes, which is shocking considering the reported liberal usage of hair elastics by numerous players throughout this stage of the tournament.

Regardless of whether your team won, lost or drew, we can all appreciate Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa’s attempt to make everything better via shirt removal. He’s a Montpellier man with a truly big heart who knows what the Kickette Army needs, and gives it to us unselfishly.

That’s enough punditry for us – we’re off to scarper for non-base-layer wearing ‘ballers in compromising positions.

The Arsenal-Olympiacos match was amazing! My boys were great and my client scored! Aaron Ramsey scored and just didn't looked pretty on the pitch. Oh, is there a new news of a celebrity death? :) )

So proud of Montpellier, coming back a man down to equalise…
Schalke must be kicking themselves, there's really no way that should have happened. But it did!

Giroud may have left, but La Paillade still have some sweethearts, bless 'em.

Borussia Dortmund have a yummy team……Joe Hart kept City in it, they probably didn't really deserve the draw…….did I mention that Dortmund are yummy?????

Just a great game from RMD! OMG at the Criska moments at the beginning of the match :').
    Benz goal was fantastic!
and I really have a little crush on De Boer (ajax's coach)! I think I like older men!lol

I heard Hart did a great job in his game too..The one and only thing i like about City is Joe :')
kickette you could've put more pictures :{ I mean Hart,Hummels,Cris and kaka' would've been just great :<

Karim Benzema's goal was fantastic… You could just tell that Cristiano wanted to go one better! I guess the hattrick kind of levelled things :)

  8. gin_in_teacups says:

Benzema's goal was an absolute beauty. I'm so happy for Cris, but for me Benz's had to be the goal of the night. And on an assist from Kaká! All around perfection really.

As for Cris, he really has been spectacular. If he could do it again on Sunday, I could die happy. A hat trick of hat tricks Cris!

Cristiano was merciless in final 20 minutes yesterday but wow there they pretty goals. I felt so bad for the Ajax keeper who made some fantastic saves

Watched Man City v Borussia Dortmund – not a fair result at all, sorry. That penalty was more than harsh and Dortmund deserved all three points, they were fantastic. City not so much, sorry. With one exception: Joe Hart was brilliant, as always.

Agree with everything you said. For a split second it looked like Dortmund boys were playing in their homeground. Look at their fans! I don't think City is ready for the Champions league to be honest. They need more time and experience.

      • German_Girl says:

        Yes, their supporters were amazing.

Agree about City. They have so many talented players, but it just goes to show that you need more than expensive individuals to build a winning team.

Hatrictino? If that's possible calling him that now, 2 hat tricks in 72 hours!!! Cristano they say nice things comes in 3 ;)

Animo Puyi!! What a warrior and I genuinely feel bad for him, he doesn't deserve it and I will miss him in Clasico!
