Chelsea FC: Out With The Old

So training drills and shuttle runs are out, self-expression through interpretive dance is in.

We’ll see whether Roberto Di Matteo’s unique form of management is effective tonight, won’t we?

cavani and his beautiful hair is no match for the amazing eva carniero!!

    • Jayy says:

AMEN! did you see her hair? She straightened it, I usually love her curly hair but she looked so elegant last night (with her purple gloves) hehe.

      • littlegreenpea says:

never understood why she was always wearing the gloves, but no matter. She's awesome anyway :)

I haven't even gotten to watch the game yet, but I was watching some live game threads. SO HAPPY!

Amazing Chelsea 4-1…CHELSEA ONE LIFE, ONE LOVE, ONE CLUB…Qualified.

    • Dols says:

It was the BEST game of this season indeed. I'm so proud of ALL of our players!!
I can't wait to find out who we will play against in qt final!

    • DebS says:

A great game. Too bad the "old guard" didn't decide to play like that before Wed. game, with the exception of Drogba who always seemed to give 100% when he played. Chelsea would have had a MUCH better season and AVB would still be in charge. Shame on them for putting their ego before their club.

  8. Dols says:

Girlz… CFC did it! We deserves the win!
Regardless of what happened and didn’t happen, Blues boys showed that they have a class and they are worthy of CL!
I love all our players <3

    What the hell….
Well anyway… I just discovered the bau5ness of karmin and I wanted to share it with the kickette community! :)

Dangit! Now it posted twice. Le sigh.

    Nando smiles and I melt :) .

    • Kat22 says:

He looks so young when he smiles! Not like almost 28 at all. :-)

      • Jayy says:

I'll always love Nando and I hope he cuts his hair short again, he looks so yummy. Even though he left LFC, I really hope he scores some goals and shows everyone he is still the amazing player we all know and love.

        • Kat22 says:

Yes, short AND back to dark please. Pretty please. :-)

As for the goals, I think he needs to leave Chelsea and I hope he does in the summer. He needs a fresh start, possibly away from the UK.

          • littlegreenpea says:

we should all sign a petition for him to die his hair back and then send it to him :)

I feel exactly the same way. Chelsea are claiming some sort of new revival cos theyve won two matches – I guess it'll take a while for them to finally accept that its not the managers who are the problem.

  13. mark says:

Chelsea have it all to do tonight, with Napoli striker Cavani saying one away goal for the visitors will be enough to put them through to the last eight.

  14. Jayy says:

It looks like Nando is dancing to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star ;)
I think its quite arrogant of JT to say there is no 'player power' ethic in the team – saying that a manager's tactics didnt suit their style of play is a perfect example of it. I bet he's all happy chappy now that poor AVB's gone.

    • Kat22 says:

Agree with you (even on the Nando bit, lol).

Seriously though – I still feel for AVB and can't help thinking that it would be justice served if Napoli finish the job tonight.

      • Kat22 says:

No offence to Chelsea supporting Kickettes – I just feel the way he was treated is awful.

      • Jayy says:

I feel exactly the same way. Chelsea players are claiming some sort of new revival cos theyve won two matches – I guess it'll take a while for them to finally accept that its not the managers who are the problem, its much more deep rooted than that.
This isnt a dig at Chelsea fans btw, I just think some of the players seem to forget who's in charge.

    • Dols says:

I just love to see them smile! About JT and AVB… I'm sure things weren't all lovey-dovey between AVB and oldies… But I love both parties equally and sad that things didn't work out the way we all hoped.
One thing I know for sure is that it is ultimately Roman who has says in matters regarding the club.

Anywayz, I really really hope Blues to pull it off against Napoli! And I'm still waiting for that goal from Nando and hasn't givent up yet!!!

      I was thinking "YMCA".
