CL Results: Grabalicious
Did you catch the first half of the Champions League games last night?
We did. But we somehow missed the above 2010 Image Of The Year during the goal-fest between Milan and Manchester United. Thankfully a generous reader brought it to our attention.
It’s everything we require in a photo of D-Becks: good hair, good sneer, good grip.
Results? Man Utd beat Milan 3-2 in a rather entertaining game, (well, save for the never-ending zoom shots of Ronaldinho licking his lips at the beginning. Eye surgery, please.)
And, Real Madrid lost 1-0 at Lyon. Cristiano was not amused.
Looking forward to the action tonight. You gotta love the CL.

I hate David's beard I wish he would shave it to show his beautiful face. He and Iker should have a beard shaving party!!
I missed it all yesterday…. damn having to work! But in three weeks I meet the CL trophy on its US tour

No, we had a power cut which lasted exactly the amount of time of the matches – it just came back for me to hear them tell me that I’d missed one of the most exciting matches in forever. Ugh.
I’m glad I didn’t have to see the fiasco that was the Madrid match though
tough game for United, after tons of mistakes and a pretty bad performance we rocked them and finally beat them in the San Siro!
Scholes' was indeed one of the funniest! i attempted to kick with his right foot but the ball hit his left foot and went in, i bet it was intentional 
And Real continues to screw up in the 1st knockout round? but it's only 1-0 and the second leg is in the Bernabeu and i think they'll get a grip a win eventually

United at Milan ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous. Happy to get out with the score we did. VDS kept us in it while we flopped about ineffectually for the first half. Scholes' goal was wildly flukey but made me laugh out loud. Wazza did enough in 20 minutes to set us right. How good is he right now!? The other 74 minutes I prefer to forget. But we continue our record of unbeaten away games in Europe – 16. Have to love it.
Should be an interesting return leg.
Yes, it could have easily have all been over 30 minutes into the match. But a lot of perseverance by United and a huge dose of luck saw us through. Focus is required for the second leg. We can not rely on that luck element again.
what a great game it was for manchesterunited fans all over the world finally meat Milan on home soil. lyon congrats!!!!!!
