I'd have snarky things to say normally about a velvet waistcoast, but C Ron just looks too damn good in it..
Well, I have to admit that some of Cris fashion choices are TERRIBLE (to say the least) however he is TOO HOT and at the end all is FORGIVEN!!!

I actually like the waistcoat. If he would have a better posture, I don’t think it would look as slumpy as it does at the moment.

Ladies, ladies, the outfit does suck, but it’s important to remember what’s UNDER his clothes. That’s why I can forgive this, and all his other faults. LOL!

Its Ok to dislike CRon but you do realise that most stories printed about him in the Brit tabloids are completely….false?

I do take the tabloids with a grain of salt.
Its an odd combination but I dont think he looks bad.

The black earrings are offending me much more than the waistcoat. And the fact that I just know that if we could see the rest of him he'd be wearing pale denim skinny jeans about 2 inches too short.
And are we sure it's the waistcoat that's velvet? It looks like a satiny waistcoat to me with a velvet scarf. Which might be worse.
Anyway, it's really irritating me that I still find him hot. It's like bumping into an ex-boyfriend and trying to find things to hate but not really succeeding.

Back in 2004, during the euro in portugal (i think it was…) when his father was still alive, and he was this young, innocent guy, who cried when he scored a goal, I had a soft spot for him…
Then his father died, and it has been down hill ever since. And I have seen him up close in Madrid, the first match he played for Madrid. And I was looking at Guti, not Ronaldo.
Do not like Ronaldo anymore. I think his father’s guidance is missing now…. I don’t remember CR9 making bad wardrobe og girlfriend choises, when his dad was alive (R.I.P.)
I like that, Mel. The first part. I didn't go to see Real play in D.C. this summer cos of Ronaldo, even though he was my hero when he was playing for United, but I went for Guti and Miguel Torres and Raul and all those players that no one else in the stadium gave two cares about. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so!
Excatly, I don't get the fuss about Ronaldo anymore. The people I talked to in Madrid were happier that Real signed Kaka, than Ronaldo.
Guti is soooo hot, and he gets hotter, the older he gets! OMG the picture of him in the Real museum at Bernabeu… Much improvement since! He is so fun to watch.

Darn it…. I desperately want to say he looks crap, man-whorish or just plain stupid.. But he kind of does not.. I think I will go for okay. The back of my mind is saying something else but I am still very in control. So here I go; Ronaldo, you look okay.

I think the reason this outfit doesn't work is because of how tight the white shirt underneath the vest is. If the shirt was looser and more volomnious with very loose sleeves, this outfit would totally work. Also, an eyepatch would not be a bad acessory

On the point of the velveteen waistcoat, he looks like some awful hybrid of Legolas, Edward Cullen, and a '90s rapper. Jaysus, boy, please take it off. The white top on its own would've done very nice justice to his body and tan, the waistcoat just makes him look like "I'm from a Disney-on-Ice production, now let me go remove my skating leggings as they're crushing my man parts."

lol! It's just what I saw. There were no better/other/more effective words to describe that. Although you are right, the shiny hot pants were like something out of a space nightmare. I can only hope that he's retired those. But who knows. The most important thing is that we never see this velvet horrorfest (horrorvest? Corny joke!) again.
