I have a serious hate-on for C-Ron right now, but seeing this video makes me feel a teensy bit sorry for him. How sad is it that a guy can't just nip down the hall in his hotel to fill his bucket of ice without being accosted by some asshat with a cameraphone?! Granted, we don't know the context of this video (I sincerely doubt that C-Ron would have shyed away from getting his ice even if there'd been a proper TV crew standing there waiting for him), but where does one draw the line?! Also, re: TFO's comment about Giggsy being the first into the ice bath after matches — That's just another thing he and I share. I too had to ice multiple body parts after training in my days as a competitive gymnast. I can sympathise with my Ryan. And then I can warm him back up after his ice bath. ;D

I can totally relate to the time he sings about as I was born in 73 and enjoying these times as he was. He is talented and I hope he continues with great music like this. This song is s#$t. It is such a ripoff. What is kid Rocks brain so pickled in Jack Daniels he can’t write an original tune. The piano line is totally a ripoff of Were Wolves in London by Warren Zevon. And then he still has to ripoff Skynard to finish the song. What a chump. I hope those bands are getting some residuals for this stinking pile of crap.
