    Yesssssss!!! At long last, one of our United men who has properly tied his tie! (Short ties are the bane of my existence. Fourth and I have been contemplating a massive tie intervention for a while now.) My Ryan looks deliciously polished in his smart suit. Damn, can he rock a suit or what??!! LOVE HIM! :D
