Elen Rives: Environmentally Friendly
Some women change their hairstyles, others take a key and drag it along the side of their man’s motor. The choices for taking your anger out on a cheating spouse are numerous and limited only by imagination.
Elen Rives, mum of two and fianceé to Frank Lampard, has apparently found a strategy she uses for dealing with his ‘away’ play: she gives all her designer gear to the local charity shops in Chelsea. She’s doing her part for the environment, and throwing a strop at the same time. It’s multi-tasking, it’s bitter and it’s green.
Elen recently gave away thousands of pounds worth of clothing including YSL trousers and Jimmy Choo Shoes after Frank’s infamous Vegas fling with a mystery brunette.
This lines up with what we’ve been hearing about Elen’s frequent trips to the Red Cross on Kings Road – but apparently it’s not just clothes, it’s jewellery too, and it happens every time they have a big fight or he gets caught with another woman.
Once they’ve kissed and made up, Frank stocks Elen’s closet up again, like any decent multi-millionaire should, and all is well.
This might explain why Elen’s clothing choices are so random. And uncute. Let this be a lesson to us all: shopping whilst hopping mad about the skank and your future hubby doing the nasty on a blackjack table is never a good look.
Another important lesson for Ms Rives to learn. Menfolk are replaceable. Choos are for life.
