Employed: Elen Rives Reports for GMTV
Elen Rives is working – she’s just filmed a segment for GMTV about the cheerleading exercise craze.
Yeah, we must have missed that trend somehow. No matter, Elen will bring us up to speed on what we should be doing in the gym. She’s kind of cute with pom poms.

She actually isn’t half bad as a TV journalist actually and she isn’t afraid to do some kind of silly things in front of a camera (cheerleading exercises). The more we hear about her, the more normal she seems and the more likable she becomes. Hopefully she’ll do more TV spots! She’s at least trying to make a buck so she can have some money for herself and kids instead of sponging off Lamps (which, one knows, she probably could).
……………uhm…..pity????

I can't explain how amusing this was to me. I giggled through the entire thing. I wonder if that was the desired effect? Elen's accent is adorable, I've never heard her speak either.

I don't like GMTV, Elen or Cheerleaders, but that was kinds funny to watch. First time I've heard her talk too, I don't know why but I expected her to have a London accent…(yes, I know she is Spanish..)
