England NT Training: Preserving Their Sexy
Professional athletes train in a different way than mere mortals do, Kickettes.
They don’t just stumble in late to a spinning class and then secretly keep the bike setting on low nor do they end up just using their gym membership to buy a smoothie from the cute gym smoothie maker. Oh, no. They train, and they train hard. And they do it sexy.
Let’s take in a few basic lessons, shall we?
Situation: England National Team training, October 6, 2009
Workout Soundtrack: Sexual Healing, or alternatively, Birthday Sex.

Prior: Always ensure you have the right equipment in place before beginning your session. See, David Beckham, Carlton Cole.

During: It’s good to be creative; long-term, movements can begin to feel stale. Mix it up a bit. See, John Terry/Frank Lampard.
–
After: A good session can bring about many different emotions afterwards. Don’t be ashamed if you need a cuddle. See, Peter Crouch.
