Expecting: Mikel Arteta and Lorena Bernal
Not sure how we missed this bit of good news: Mikel Arteta and his girlfriend Lorena Bernal are expecting a child together.
Lorena is about six months pregnant and says they’ve decided to keep the sex of the baby a secret. She also confesses that they hope to have a big family of little Artetas running around.
FYI, Mikel hooked up with Lorena six years ago and they plan on getting married in the summer of 2010. Lorena’s a former Miss Spain and has appeared on US telly (in CSI Miami and Chuck.)
Mikel is currently off the pitch – and out until next season – with a knee injury. You know what that means: full on daddy duty. Delish.

Aaaw, yes! I'm happy for them. Some joy while he got this horrible injury. Six months? Wow, that means they'll be parents soon. Yay!
