Scout’s honour, we’re legitimately confused as to whom this rear belongs to (Scott Parker?)
The only thing we can say for sure is that this bum-in-question needs to be brought back from the evil, base layer dark side. Stat.
It's Parker. He's the only one who wears all black boots. And he's the only one with a short, stout body type. Milner was a good guess, but he wears Nike Ctr360 boots which are white and black.

My original guess was Joe Hart… But then Sofia pointed out there's a ring on the left hand… So it's gotta be Scott Parker! To the best of my knowledge, Hart and Milner only have girlfriends, not wives, no?

Whoever it is, I think he's standing next to Ashley Cole and Wayne Rooney, and if you look at the length of their legs compared to our mystery man, I'd say they're about the same height.
Looking at the boots I would say Parker too.
