Footie Love: Do You Have A Secondary?

We’re aware that our footie loyalty to hotness (first), thighs (second), and cash flow (third), rather than to a particular team is not typical, nor terribly moral. That’s just us.

imageWe love and appreciate the ‘loyal to the death’ mentality of so many football fans, and applaud those of you who can commit to any relationship for longer than twenty minutes. We bow to your integrity.

That said, we are certain a few of you out there must have a secondary team that you follow and secretly root for during their big games.

Maybe it’s the love of a certain manager that makes a particular team a staple in your match schedule, or perhaps there’s a lower league crew you adore in the privacy of your own home/HD telly viewing.

Who’s your favourite secondary team, Kickettes? Or is it completely unlawful to share your love with any other?

cheers to our commenters for this post idea

1. Johnna says:

I’m so afraid to get the boards working here. As if I didn’t already spend enough time on Kickette before…..

Also.. thanks for all the scrumptious pictures of my Keano. (Possessive pronoun just comes natural to me when it comes to him, I will share with y’all though).

2. C-Ron's left th says:

1: ARSENAL!!!!
2: AC MILAN
3: C-Ron

And the I also support various other players, like Cannavarro, Beckham, Henry etc. etc. though I don’t support their teams.

3. Kathy says:

Liverpool is and will always be first for me, but I do have a bit of a soft spot for Chelsea. JT, Ballack, and Cudicini – yum!

4. Lisa says:

I support Everton, always will.

But i will say my 2nd is Man Utd i dont know why and i know i shouldnt but i do. it has to be cos of Ronaldo who i HEART!!!!! x

5. Emma says:

Avenath, I agree totally about Tottenham’s defending (or lack thereof).

They are so good going forward, and play some of the best football in the Premiership when they attack (I personally far prefer their style of play to Arsenal’s so-called “beautiful football”).

But defending doesn’t seem to be a word in any of their players dictionaries. They leak goals left, right and centre, which seriously lets them down. Usually they score as many as they concede though (like the 4-4 thriller against Chelsea a few weeks ago).

6. Pavi says:

My first team is 100% Liverpool and therefore I can’t bring myself to like any of the other “big four” teams. I don’t know what I ever did before Stevie, Nando, Riise, Carra and all the other Reds.

I’ve begun to develop a soft spot for Tottenham and Newcastle this season. I don’t follow them as religiously as I follow Liverpool but I follow Tottenham because of Berbatov mainly and Newcastle because of Owen who was my first football love.

My other football love is Luca Toni who is having a fantastic first season in the Bundesliga at the moment.

7. Avenath says:

My numero uno team will always be Liverpool…simply because they are Liverpool!!!….life without Stevie, Torres, Masch and Carra is unthinkable..

My numero, erm, two is Spurs…they are such a talented team going forward and play fantastic football on their day, but can oh-so-disappoint you when you least expect it…if only they could get their defence sorted out…

8. lauren(L)kasper&seb; says:

I am a birmingham city fan.smile
we have seb, stephen kelly,de ridder which is always good.
but its more individuals then other teams lol.
looking a coventry closly…not cause of KASPER(L) or anything…..lol.

9. Erinti says:

I’ve got an entire totem pole. Two, actually; one for clubs and one for national teams. Kind of like having a girl in every port, only with teams.

Clubwise, it goes something like: Olympiakos, Arsenal, Besiktas, Galatasaray, Roma, Bayern, Ajax, Crvena Zvezda, Fulham, Ergotelis, Red Bull New York (geographic obligation, don’t you know).

Nationwise, like this: Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Ghana, Spain, Angola, Brazil, France, Germany, USA.

I’ve probably forgotten quite a bunch of teams, and there’s a whole complicated system of obligations that determine where a team falls on the pole, but that gives you an idea.

10. Emma says:

@ nicky:

I totally know what you mean about Robbie Keane. It doesn’t make sense, he’s this short, whingey bloke. But I so would. I fancy him to bits.

11. nicky xxx says:

Ok..im Liverpool through and through

Next being Tottenham-ohh something about robbie keane appeals to me—and family support the spurs.

Then West Ham. Also dont have a clue why but..

Oh and I support Hibernian in the scottish premier!

12. Emma says:

Gareth Bale is the cutiest cutie out there!! I just want to kiss him and hug him and just… squee!!!

Here’s some pictures of the angel:

What a complete and utter cutie pie!

And seeing as we’ve both admitted to loving Keano, some pictures of him:

So fit. Only he could get away with scoring against my beloved Chelsea.

Oh, and as you’re a Liverpool fan, tell me what you think of… *blushes* Peter Crouch.

13. nicky xxx says:

@ emma. I totally know something about the shorty. I love the irish accent too. ohh making me drool…*snap out of it*

Although im Liverpool spurs are my second. $ robbie as i sed above but i totally 4got about that delicious package that goes by the name of gareth bale..x

14. Well, I’m one of those girlie girlie girls that settles for a player and not a team, and therefore the three teams I’ve supported have been Atleti, Pool and La selecci

15. Sarah x says:

99% Chelsea
1% Liverpool
Steven Gerrard, How Can Anyone Resist?

16. The Fourth Official says:

Katie, thanks so much for MORE great pics of the Corkman. <3

Yes, we really need a community board where we can have all sorts of threads without clogging up the discussion. I hope that happens soon.

Elise, 50-75 pics seem to make a good video.

17. Rusty says:

umm, the Boston Red Sox?

Well, I think I’m currently cheering for Chelsea and the Revolution about the same amount. I also have a soft spot for Newcastle since my Smudger went there, also because I feel I’m meant to watch sports teams that suck, see the Boston Red Sox pre-2004.

I say I also like Schalke and Real Madrid, but I don’t follow them as well as I should. I may even have lost GolTV when I moved.

My right index finger hurts and I only use my touchpad for a mouse. Oww.

18. straddling says:

First choice is Barcelona and second choice is west ham. Indeed, the delish underdog.

19. Katie says:

AJ-it was exactly the same for me.until I found this site I thought I’m the only girl in the whole world who thinks his hot!
an there is another site whit lots of Roys pics

and there is a very very very long interview with Roy today in The Irish Times(just check their website).
I will post some of my pics of Roy I took at last years pre season training for all You Keano lovers.
and maybe we should have some kind of a Roy Keane site, where we could talk about him and post pics?:)cos I don’t think there is one out there about Roy.

20. Gigi says:

MXA, interpret however you like, but keep it on the DL. In defence of a “certain” team, I did think the red card was a bit excessive, along with his multi-match ban, and I hope that they win their FA appeal. The game is much more exciting when he is defending.

21. LoveLamps says:

OMG! I’ve thought Keano was a hottie for a manager, but after seeing the pics from Katie, I’ve a whole new level of love! Thanks Katie!

22. sara says:

i love liverpool, but i have a soft spot for newcastle, because of michael. and keggy and terry mcdermott.

23. paris says:

It’s all about liverpool that is never gonna change we have the best players and the best looking players:

Nobody compares.

24. Becca x says:

Im Chelsea Til I Die, But I Must Say I Do Have A Bit Of A Soft Spot For A Few Teams
Man City – Joe Hart
Reading – Shane Long

I Cant Really Choose Cos I Love Soo Many Player smile .. I Read a Few About Michael Owen And Has Anyone See The Wii Advert With Him In?

25. lleesylou says:

Im a die hard Man city fan & luv Joe Hart Michael Johnson & Michael Ball but I never miss an Arsenal game cos Senderos is such a God!!!!

26. Cherry says:

Liverpool is it for me. But I will watch Real Madrid when I can.

27. Shell says:

Well, being from Glasgow, my team is Celtic (always has been and always will be).
However, I just love football- and of course hot footballers!! So i can appreciate hot ballers no matter what team they play for (as long as its not Rangers, who have no hot players anyway!).
Love watching Arsenal play, but don’t mind that much if they win or lose, have a soft spot for Liverpool as Celtic and Liverpool fans have a kind of affiliation with each other and also cos Torres is kinda hot!! Hate Man U but can’t ignore the hotness of Ronaldo although i don’t wanna marry him or have his children just the one night will do for me thanks…
I also support Bar

28. JD says:

Well i support Chelsea all the way but I also have a soft spot for Liverpool(Steven Gerrard, Torres, Alonso..), Tottenahm(Robinson,Keane, Lennon..) and Newcastle(Michael owen)

29. ljungberg lusty says:

Great photo for this post, my number 1 – LFC for LIFE… and distant number 2 – Arse.
freddiegirl, I have to agree, I’d put West Ham in a close 3rd only because Freddie is so tasty!

30. Erin says:

Understandable, TFO. I’d slit my wrists before supporting ManU!

31. The Fourth Official says:

Manchester United since 1983.

I had this tatooed on my hip this week:

I’ve been a Sunderland supporter as well, since 2006 and the arrival of Keano as boss. I’m really enjoying the ups and downs of a relegation-fighting squad. It’s great fun and drama.

So far, it hasn’t proved difficult to cheer for them both, as they are so far apart on the table,(and only have to play each other twice a season), but once Roy brings the Black Cats up to mid-table or higher, (please God), I don’t know really what I will do. It will honestly be one of the most difficult choices I’ll ever make.

One thing I do know, I will never ever support Liverpool.

I usually watch a Blackburn match on the weekend because of their hottie quotient. But I would never cheer for them against my Red Devils or my Black Cats.

And I’ll watch Chelsea or Arsenal on the weekends as well, just because they play quality football and that’s always a pleasure to watch. And I catch some Spanish and Italian matches too during a week, so I guess I’m a bit of a football trollop.

32. Erin says:

I’m 100% Liverpool. Just so happens that I also married a Scouser.

However, for some reason, I have also recently developed a soft spot for Tottenham. It’s not even based on any hotness factors, I just want to see their talented yet underperforming squad come good. Unless they’re playing Liverpool, however. In that case, I want them to be squashed like little bugs. lol

33. louisquatorze says:

It’s not uncommon for Yanks like me to have a favorite team in multiple major leagues, I’ve found. The love of my life is Arsenal without question, but I give some time over to Hertha BSC Berlin as well (not quite as glamorous, but getting better). And FC Barcelona, who were the first stadium I ever went to. And, of course, my local Sounders and whatever the MLS team that replaces them are called.

In the Premiership, though, I’ve got a soft spot for Reading and Everton and like my fellow countrywomen here don’t want Fulham to go down with all those Americans, but the team is fairly dreadful, aren’t they? Even with my imaginary boyfriend Moritz Volz on the team.

34. FootballerChick43 says:

In the Primiership: Chelsea is my number one. I watch every single match and own the last 6 Chelsea kits (home and away) as well as my walls coated in Chelsea player posters…
…But I’m also a huge Fulham fan.

I’ve even been to a couple of Fulham matches..

35. klyn312 says:

and the runner up iiiis… SUNDERLAND.

I adore Keano, and let’s face it, most of my Utd. boys on reserve end up there at some point. I also have a soft spot for Kieran Richardson, I have watched him grow up and spot so much potential.

Liverpool get honorable mention solely due to my love of stevieG.. tell NO ONE tho. ssshhhhh.

36. Ella says:

Liverpool all the way for me, but one can’t ignore the gorgeus chests/thighs/etc of other ballers can one? The only time I sympathize with another team is when it gains Liverpool/hurts Man United.

I have a second team here in Norway though, two teams are more than enough misery for me.

37. Kat says:

Chelsea are my current favorites, but I have a soft spot for Fulham (a.k.a. Team America, who I want to see fight off relegation) along with pretty much all of the American players currently playing in the EPL (and Championship, too).

38. LoveLamps says:

CHELSEA BLUES BABY til I die! Now I love to look at other ballers (Cesc, Mutu, Becks, Ochoa, etc.), but Frank is the real man of my heart and I’ll be a Chelsea fan as long as he is wearing blue. Even if he leaves and joins Mourinho in Italy, I’ll still pull for the Blues because someone attractive will have to stay (Joey Cole, JT, Anelka). I’m still holding out hope for Jose to return to the Bridge, as a girl can always dream!

39. leanne says:

for me there isnt really a secondary team im CHELSEA till i die
but i do have a little weakness for leeds united as i live in leeds, i fought giving them a 15 point deduction was pretty harsh.

40. one_love=cesc_fabregas says:

i am really starting to love this site now!! i just cant help the resistance to leave a comment.. wink .. anyways getting to the point it is 1st and foremost definately arsenal!!

there’s not really another team that i support just 4 the style of play but it mainly includes their hotties as well.. say roque.. u know which team im talkin about.. tongue wink

41. Johnna says:

United is my one and only love in the premiership.

But I do so love my MLS team, Houston Dynamo. I’m out there every game jumping and singing and chanting in the supporter’s section and have witnessed 2 titles in 2 years. I love my boys so much.

As for the Prem, I have to like Fulham since they are the USA squad of Britain. I just so hope they don’t go down as I want all my boys to be playing top level football so it makes our national team even better.

42. manu4life says:

Man utd through and through!! but wen they aren’t playin i hava thing 4 sunderland..simply because of Keano!!

43. Kelsey says:

Man U

Don’t know why but I always seem to cheer for these teams. Not so much Chelsea anymore, but i have a soft spot for them since the Mourinho years. What can i say?

44. rania says:

first team : arse
second team: arse
third team: arse
and a little Roma on the side.

45. goalkeeperette says:

Oh wow what a gorgeous picture! *is totally in love* Didn’t know Cescy and Gerrard get along with each other that well!

I have to admit that the deep-down-in-my-heart-love for football is shared between two teams, the first one being ARSENAL and the other my (2nd Bundesliga) hometown club here in Germany. But given that they interfere neither geographically nor league-wise, this is absolutely no problem. I need that bit of local patriotism, too, as I can’t hop on a plane every two weeks and go to the Emirates. Our stadium is much smaller but just as nice…got tickets for this weekend. Weeehh DERBYTIME!

Other than that, I have sympathies and respect for Liverpool (and their hot players, tee hee ^^), and I hope they do well as long as they’re not playing Arsenal. Which means not the following week.

46. LittleRedTriangle says:

I’m a Liverpool fan but live in Birmingham at the moment so have a soft spot for Birmingham City. Also Arsenal is fairly easy on the eye both in hotness and football. Not that that matters this week…

47. Anja says:

I do have a soft spot for a few players outside of Chelsea (Stevie, Torres, Roque, etc etc.)
That been said, when they play against Chelsea, I want my boys to make them cry :D

48. Blair says:

I’m a Chelsea diehard. End of story.

But I have tiny weaknesses for Liverpool (Gerrard, Carragher, Riise, Reina) and seeing that Michael Owen was my first real football love, Newcastle has a spot in my heart as well (Alan Smith’s gorgeousness helps as well).

49. Amelie says:

aww what a lovely picture.

i’m a one team girl i think. i have appreciation for some other players but not the team.

ooh – does the spanish national team count?

50. carly says:

My secondary team was Chelsea, the golden years (meaning last year lol). But after the Special One left…bah. I’m bored.

51. freddiegirl says:

It’s Arsenal and always will be.
I have a soft spot for West Ham only because Freddie is there…;) Freddie will always be my favorite ex-Gunner….smile

52. Well I’m an Arsenal fan and always will be! I got some Gooner-power in my cannons (does that even make sense?). Yeah, my Cesc does kinda carry the team. My second team is Reading – i’ve always wanted them to do well just because they surprised everybody last year by ending 7th and they work so hard but it was sad when Sidwell left for Chelski. Other than those two, I don’t really care.

53. RedGirl says:

Being from Argentina, my team is Boca Juniors because of my family. By personal choise it’s Liverpool. So I have to say that my heart it’s blue and gold on one side and red on the other.
I like to watch La Liga too, but I don’t support any team in particular.

54. MrsXabiAlonso says:

I’m going to the Blackburn game next weekend Kandi, can’t wait!! Will try and get pictures too.

55. Kandi Kane says:

Blackburn, like MXA, I support Liverpool, but who can deny the beauty of Roque, Gamst and Bentley.

56. MrsXabiAlonso says:

Well I only support Liverpool, but I do have a soft spot for a few other teams.
Blackburn – Roque, Pedersen, Bentley, need I say more?
WestHam – Not sure why, just like them. Good fans too.
Leeds – My dads a fan and I feel sorry for them after all their trouble the last few years!
Fabregas – OK I know he isn’t a team, but love him, and he is kinda the Arsenal team

57. Neryss says:

…Wycombe Wanderers

58. lose that girl says:

Manchester United is my #1 with the lovely Hargreaves, followed by Cristiano, Vidic, Neville…etc….

but for 2nd choice….for a TEAM, I have to say Reading. My husband is from Reading and I’m a fan of Steve Coppell.

But I do occasionally cheer on Chelsea but only for Joe Cole. I want Joe to do well, not so much the team as a unit. N’est pas?

59. FabLove says:

It’s Arsenal till I die. and only Arsenal. smile

60. Gretchen Weiners says:

I’m Man United through and though, but I always find myself rooting for Spurs! Loved it when the won the Carling Cup!

61. Elise says:

Okay, so I had to check out the Roy pic in question, too! Hard to say about the undies, but not hard to say that that leg on display is amazing! I’m going to have to spend some quality time later with that site. Great link, AJ!

Right now my quality time is being spent with my John pics. How many do you need for the video, TFO?

62. AJ says:

Fourth official, you must be talking about when he stripped off his shorts and jumped on the physio table. Hubba Hubba! I remember being shocked (pleasantly) that he so cavalierly threw them off with the camera’s rolling and let out a gleeful yelp. A few years later, I got the supreme pleasure of seeing him strip in person when they played a friendly in LA (summer 2003). I went to their training the day before the game (I know I’m a bit of a Man Utd. geek/fanatic) and he did the same thing! In front of about a thousand people! Whoo Hoo! He’s obviously not a shy boy, thank you lord. (btw, he was changing into different shorts, not just dropping trow for the hell of it lol)

63. The Fourth Official says:

Ooooh, lovely shot. Thanks for noticing that one!
Hard to say if he’s wearing undies – I know he’s a tightie-whitie man, from his DVD As I See It. Great legs though.

There’s quite a few Keano admirers around here.
I was never a Cantona fanatic – I admired his skill and his savoir-faire – but never crushed on him. Roy, I’ve crushed on since about 1995, and it’s only getting worse the older (and hotter) he gets. If he gets any hotter, I may suffer a nuclear meltdown.

64. AJ says:

Forgot to thank Katie! Haven’t seen a lot of those either. Love the pics with the dogs and the kids, so adorable.

65. AJ says:

Sorry fouth official meant page 52, pic #053251-53.

BTW, love to see a fellow Keane lover. Up until I found this site a couple of months ago, I kid you not, I thought I was the only one who thought he was hot. Been crushing on him hard since Cantona left. My King Eric blinders came off and I was able to focus on someone else. (must’ve had a bad case of Cantona fever to miss those gorgeous Irish green eyes lol)

66. The Fourth Official says:

AJ, what’s the image number? I just scrolled to page 53, row 2 and I don’t see any underwear-less shots. I’m so disappointed!

But Katie, thanks for the link – these are a lot of shots of Roy that I’ve never seen. You are a peach!

67. linz says:

definitely a Chelsea supporter!!! My blues are the best…Frankie, JT, Joe Cole…besides the love of the game i love to watch them play!!

BUT…i have on occasion looked elsewhere for hottness when my boys aren’t playing, so my second is Liverpool…Gerrard, Alonso, and Riise are definitely not too shabby to stare at.

68. AJ says:

RE: the pics of Roy from Sportsfile in the link above - on page 53, second row, is it just me or is he without underwear? Been drooling over him for ten years now, perhaps just wishful thinking on my part. smile

69. The Fourth Official says:

Katie, yes, I posted a link to the radio interview on another thread. Lovely Cork accent!
Thanks for the pics – I hadn’t seen those. Adding them to my collection right now.

c9, go for a Man United tattoo; it’s a commitment but if you are sure, then go for it.
Though my red devil heart could be interpreted a variety of ways, but a true Man United fan would recognize it for what it is. Though of course, since it’s on my hip, only a true United fan would stand a chance of getting a view of it.

70. c9 says:

TFO- I have a series of tattoos on my back, and I plan to add a larger one surrounding those soon. Something for Man U on my arm possible?????

71. MrsXabiAlonso says:

HaHa!! Gigi are you saying that as a Man Utd fan you have a soft spot for Liverpool?? Oooh that has just made my day (well it’s 1:16am here, but you get me).

I’ll be happy with a Pompy/Barnsley final. Would like either one to win

72. Gigi says:

Better late than never.

Argentine National Team is my number 1. Country before club.
Red Devil then, now and always.
Secretly have a soft spot for almost any team that has an Argie on it, which only leaves one other team in the EPL.
River Plate, Barcelona, Inter are my other favourite teams, originally decided by how many Argies there were/are on the team.

I do hope that Barnsley win the FA this year, though.

73. Katie says:

TFO-I can’t watch his press conferences on SAFCTV but I watch some parts on ITV news site.Roy was in Dublin on Wednesday as he is every year around this time for the Irish Guide Dogs for the blind.his favourite charity.here You can find an interview he did for an irish radio station.
very funny when he says his wife is the first to send him for a walk with his dog when he comes back home in a bad mood:)
and some pics from wednesday in Dublin

74. ches says:

Man United will always be my number 1. But I’m with MXA on her number 2 – Blackburn! Roque and Morten… *DROOL*

75. carly says:

Emma, that’s a great Mourinho photo, thanks smile

76. FootballerChick43 says:

Emma – Haha. The second pic is currently my desktop background. It has been since the World Cup. Well, not entirely. There was a week or so where I had a Becks fetish and put him on EVERYTHING.

My number one position is tied by Real Madrid, Chelsea, and AC Milan. Sorry. Forgot to post that earlier.

77. Elise says:

Kickette, thank you for posting this topic! I have been really curious about this. I am so happy to see all the Chelsea support. I didn’t know there were that many of us here! So, obviously I am CHELSEA all the way! But I’ve become committed to hoping Newcastle succeed, so they’re my second team now. There are a few that I like because of their managers- Reading, Wigan, and now Sunderland, but if they’re playing Chelsea, I hope they get thrashed. Also, I must sheepishly admit to watching Manchester United and not hating them. Previous statement applies.

Also, TFO- it’s so funny you mentioned SSE! I was thinking about the England squad on my way home and was trying to remember what your new name was going to be!!

Emma- thank you for the pics! I was searching for the one of John getting the Ballack love and now I have it!

78. HoneyBee says:

I also have a weak spot for Chelsea(especially Frank and Drogba).

79. HoneyBee says:

My top team-Milan(weak spot for hot Italians and cute Brazilians). In other matches I decide who to support
after few minutes(of hottie scouting).I also like Madrid and I only support Manchester because of my nuber one hottie Ronaldo(otherwise I would so not care about them).
Why should we limit our views and views of hot players(there is nothing wrong in wanting to spank, lick or shag a hot player from other team-is there?).

80. Shelby says:

ALWAYS ManU… but this year I have had a soft spot for Barnsley.

81. Jamie says:

1. Liverpool

2. Newcastle United

82. The Fourth Official says:

Katie, I subscribe to SAFC TV just so I can catch Roy’s pre and post match press conferences. He looked SO good this morning. Tanned and a bit of stubble and a little smile (with dimple!) when the journalists were asking him about his remarks earlier in the week about needing 40 or 50 million quid this summer in the transfer market.

c9, I love my tatoo. I also have a rosebud on my breast, but my red devil heart is my favourite now! But I don’t think I’ll get all “David” and cover myself. Two is good.

83. michelle TN says:

Actually, my secondary team is Liverpool. #1 belongs to Barca, el primer en mi corazon, ha ha.

84. Jenn says:

When it comes to EPL, I am a gooner and a gooner for life. Nothing will change my love for them, and there is no one else.

HOWEVER, my La Liga team is Valencia, fo sho!! :D

85. Katie says:

TFO-You’ve no idea how I’d love to do this.but last year I managed to get a pic wit Roy and standing next to him I was in a state of shock and only managed to smile and say thank You to him and hoppped back in to the stands with a help from stewards:)and then I saw another girl getting pic with him and she shook his hand!!!and I was like – Why didn’t I do that???!!!!it was like once in a lifetime opportunity,so close to Roy and I didn’t shake his hand!but hopefully this time:)It’s really great that this training sessions are open to the public.
there’s a short clip on skysports site from his press conference today-my God he looks so good!

86. FootballerChick43 says:

Emma – you forgot Michael Ballack?

If I lived in a perfect world, he’d be the father of my children. Goodness.

87. Kandi Kane says:

MXA, can’t wait to see your pictures of the Blackburn game.

88. c9 says:

Sorry so late, busy morning! Now to catch up….my 2nd team of footie love is mixed. I love Real Madrid and AC Milan.
Sorry there is no other team in the EPL that I adore more than my Manchester United

I must say that I do find Arse, Chelski and Liverpool worth watching and of course Sunderland, only cause Roy deserves my beck and call here and there

TFO- Damn You! I must worship the ground you walk on, it looks like a great tat and once again you beat me to it. I’m currently working on 1 new tat, but looks like I have to get a second one done now

89. Corinne says:

LIVERPOOL is my number 1. Annnd. The Spanish national team. But, that doesn’t really count for a second love.

90. xlolx says:

MAN UTD first and foremost
always and forever a red devil

then i have many faves:

91. The Fourth Official says:

Katie, I am so so so so so SO jealous.

Kiss Roy for me???

92. Katie says:

First -Man Utd
Second – Sunderland, becaouse of Keano of course.

I just found out that Roy will take his team to Cork again this summer for a friendly with Cobh Ramblers(his first club).I;m so happy I’m gonna see him again.they were here last year for pre season and it was great.I couldn’t get tickets for the game cos it was very very hard to get one but I went to training and had a great time.i’m sure this year will be the same.OMG I’m soooo happy.

93. The Fourth Official says:

I forgot to add that I am a fanatical England supporter (though God knows, we don’t have much to cheer about at the moment), and I cheer for all the English players, even Stevie G. My mates at Republik of Mancunia forum can’t believe I can cheer for a Scouser, but when they are wearing an England shirt, they are ALL my boys. And I would do anything for them. Anything!

As I told Elise once, if England qualifies for the World Cup, I am changing my name from TFO to SSE: Soulless Slut For England

94. Emma says:

Some pictures of my lovely Chelsea boys, if anyone wants a peek.

Petr Cech:

Paulo Ferreira & Michael Ballack:

Salomon Kalou & Didier Drogba:

John Terry:

Andriy Shevchenko:

And, although he’s no long with us (sob), contender for the hottest man live (and I’m a 17-year-old girl saying this), Jose Mourinho:

PS. The verification word was “come”. =D

95. MrsXabiAlonso says:

I a have a soft spot for Fulham too (what is it with them?) I love Jimmy Bullard and their stadium is so tiny and cute.

I understand about the Spurs thing, they have so much potential you just really want them to do well.

Newcastle are also a team that should be really good, but so aren’t and it warms my heart to them, having Micheal Owen may help a bit.

And I should be shot for saying it, but I kinda like the Everton team!!! I will accept some virtual slaps for saying this!

But like others have said, when playing my team, I have no feelings for these players or teams!

96. Pussycat says:

Liverpool now and forever.

I also like Sunderland and Tottenham but not with the same passion – I just want them to do well.

I also like Club Brugge in Belgium and the San Jose Earthquakes here the US.

97. Emma says:

I’m a Chelsea fan 100%.

Which means I’m going to hell for the soft spot that I’m developing for Tottenham. I mean, it’s totally unacceptable. I LIVE in London, so I should pick one London team to love and stick with them.

And that’s Chelsea.

(Plus Spurs beat us in the Carling Cup and took two vital points off us this season, as well as the general beef there is between us and them.)

But I just love Robbie Keane, Gareth Bale, Michael Dawson and Jermain Jenas so much. They’re so… cute!!

England is my footballing nation but I’m also developing a bit of a thing for Ireland, which again is unacceptable.

But yeah, you didn’t hear this from me.

PS. I would rather eat Sir Alex Ferguson’s toenails than be a Manc, Gooner or Scouser.

98. Nic says:

For the Premiership, its all Arsenal, though I will admit to have a soft spot for Fulham. Maybe its just because I pity them. Whatever. But for Serie A, its Roma til I die!!! However, I must say I have an extreme amount of respect for Juventus players like Nedved, Cammoranesi, Buffon, del Piero, etc… All the guys who could have had HUGE deals at other clubs both in Italy and abroad, but chose to stick with the team even through relegation. AC Milan is up there too. But I live and breath Roma. TFO—awesome tattoo. I’ve actually been thinking about getting the ‘ASR’ logo of Roma done on the inside of my wrist. I have no tats as of yet though and am very scared!! (I rarely can commit to anything lol)
