Footy Couple Style-Off: Lehmanns, Zidanes, Figos

Time to pit a few footy couples against each other in a fashion parade.
Are you in?
We’ve got:
The always entertaining Jens Lehmann and his wife Conny at the BOSS Black show in Berlin (above);
The of little hair but high of hotness Zizou and his wife Veronique at the IWC Schaffhausen Private Dinner and expensive watch shilling event in Geneva; and
The impressively stacked Luis Figo and wifey Helen Svedin, also at the IWC Schaffhausen event.
Who do you think should have gone home with the Best Couple style crown instead of their event swag bag?
Well, let’s not beat around the style bush here, Kickettes – Luis Figo and Helena look fantabulously good. So, perhaps this is a competition for the best runners-up?
FYI: Luis Figo and Zinedine Zidane took part in a charity footy game for Haiti in Portugal last night. Theirry Henry, Kaka, Dani Alves and Robert Pires were some of the other players on the pitch. Nice one, chappies!

I love the Lehmanns… but gotta go for the Figos.
The Figos get my vote. For some odd reason Helen reminds me of Elin Nordegren (Tiger Woods’ wife.) Just sayin’.

The Figos by a mile. Have you seen those snaps of them on the beach? Greek gods should look so good. Conny Lehman’s stockings/tights are hideous. Jens has that same smirk that Ballack does – is it a German thing? Zidane looks like a street corner hustler in that suit & his wife needs to tone her arms if she’s going to go sleeveless.
The only thing Helen is missing is Veronique’s shoes!
Helen is beautiful as always but I actually like Veronique’s outfit more.

Zizou is still near the top of my list of all-time football hotties! not many men can pull off a shiny suit!!! work it out, Zizou…

The charity match was brilliant, so much fun! Zizou looked as if he had never left football in the first place. Figo, on the other hand, was out of shape and said so himself.
I think they all look classy, apart from those shiny stockings. These people are no chavs.
Ok, I have to go with the Figo’s because that suit is utter perfection.
However, ZiZou is kind of rocking that shiny blue suit. I’d probably laugh if anyone else wore it, though.
Les Observations de Moi:
1. The Lehmanns look “real”–not overly coiffed, waxed, posed or frozen. (Unfortunate that Conny looks footless against the black floor.)
2. Zizou is very …pointy looking.
3. Luis Figo frightens me. His eyes are too close to his eyebrows.
4. Is it just the photo angle…or is Helen Svedin’s head pretty much the same size as her waist? Kind of like how Posh’s head is totally out of proportion to the rest of her bony…oops…I meant body.
Figo’s without a doubt. Jens Lehmann is looking great, but his wife has on those stockings. Zidane and wife are both great looking, but their clothes have lights on. Luis Figo and Helena look perfect, like always!
I think Zidane’s wife looks the best on her own but as a couple I actually think the Lehmann’s just edge the win.
i like veroniques dress. i think she is best dressed for the women. but i like jens’ suit.

Figos by a mile. Lehmans wife got it wrong with the tights and ill-fighting dress and Zindane and his wife are a shiny, wrinkled nightmare. Love them all though!

#2: The Lehmanns. Love his suit, but points off for Conny’s stockings.
#3: The Zidanes. Lovely people, but their clothes are horribly shiny.
Can we mix and match? Zizou and Helena = FABULOUS.
