Gym Girls: Carly Zucker v Alex Gerrard

Carly Zucker was spotted out running errands in Chelsea earlier today in her sweats – sadly it looks like she left her doggie protection unit at home; Alex Gerrard hit up the gym first thing and then headed straight to the Jane Fullerton salon in Liverpool to sort out her hair.
Who do you think works their work-out gear better?
Though we’re more likely to throw on a Carly-special when we’re doing our gym-thing, we think Alex comes out ahead on this – her body is looking fantastic lately. Looks like that fitness regimen she’s on is working.
That reminds us, it’s time for a chocolate biscuit break.
Alex does look amazing, but doesn’t it seem odd to anyone lese that she goes to a gym? You would think that ‘Gerrard Palace’ would have a gym in it, what with Stevie being a professional sportsman and all? Just a thought…

Alex is looking great..but she’s a little too Paris Hilton for me..I don’t know girls, I connect much more to Carly because she’s not dressing like a slut P: and Alex is kind of a Paris Hilton I don’t know.. I don’t like her. Carly looks like a regular person here and i like that.

I agree with Mrs. Xabi. Alex is looking tight, but you just know she spent at least 10 minutes making sure her pants were riding “just so” on her hips. Carly looks like she actually works out and means it and doesn’t give a fig how she looks doing it.

Alex looks great, and truthfully when I go to the gym those who are dressed like Carly are the ones who push themselves for their health. While the ones who dress like Alex (and this is just my opinion) are the ones that are their for looks.

Oh, and also, to be fair, if Carly had her sweatshirt over her arm, she and Alex would look almost identical, save for the sunnies. They’re both wearing yoga looking gear, carrying phones/keys etc. And if I’m not mistaken, didn’t Ms. Zucker used to be a personal trainer? That would put her slightly higher that Alex in the ‘serious about exercise’ debate.

I don’t think there’s a single thing that Carly is wearing that I would wear myself. I dislike her shoes… the baggy sweatshirt… her generally *eh* hair… Alex wins. Hands down

I usually struggle to find something nice to say about Alex, but she looks pretty good here. I’m surprised she doesn’t work out in leather leggings.
All I have to say for Alex is wow, she looks amazing. I love Carly and we all know she has an amazing body, but this outwear does not flatter her at ALL!!! I don’t even wear or look like that when I am at the gym, she can do better.

Apparently I’m in the minority here, but I love Carly’s outfit. I’m a blue person, maybe that’s why. But it definitely looks like something I would have worn to dance classes back in the day.
I agree with MXA too — She actually looks like she just went to the gym and doesn’t care about her appearance. The hair cracks me up because that’s exactly what I do to mine when I work out. And I agree with Ali — Nike ftw.
