Holiday Spirit: Bayern Munich at Circus Krone

You gotta love those kooky boys at Bayern Munich. If they’re not donning lederhosen and getting sloshed rolling through 40 beer kegs per player, they’re participating in big top circus fun.
The lovely Luca Toni actually took part in a knife-throwing exhibition – as the knife-receiver-person. Seriously, aren’t there insurance clauses about this sort of thing? We’re quite sure teams that spend gazillions of Euros on a player prefer he not end up with an exacto knife in the nose, but perhaps we’re just uptight.
The entire Bayern M crew were out getting their popcorn-grabbing monkey business on – click through below to see a stack of party pics including Bastian Schweinsteiger (he seems like the type to never turn down a party, does he?), Martin Demichelis, Lucio, Lukas Podolski with Hamit Altintop, Misoslav Klose (either hypnotised or turned into a wax figure by evil circus magic), Jose Ernesto Sosa, Michael Rensing, Daniel Van Buten and Philip Lahm.
What do we have to do to get this level of entertainment from a team in the EPL? We think the knife throwing thing could be a huge hit.

These Bayern boys never cease to amaze me! I thought seeing them all out in their lederhosen was funny but seeing Schweini in his blond wig and Luca’s expression at having the knives thrown at him was pure comedy. The only thing missing is TimBo!

Funny. It’s hard to see the pictures when there’s so big though, I get super zoomed in view of the middle piece of the photo.
