Hottie Spotting: U21 Championships
The U21 Championship finals between England and Germany are moments away and we can’t wait to catch all the boys-to-men action.
Whilst we wait, with HD telly facial hair markers set to zoom, let’s catch up on a few more of the players we’ve been enjoying during the tournament.
Manuel Neuer
Country: Germany
Team: Schalke
Position: Keeper
Claim to Fame: His nickname, Ducky, of course. Oh, and the fact that he’s quite the goal stopper.
Why watch: Ducky had some insane saves against Italy in the lead up to the finals and is an experienced player – so one would assume few awkward fumbles to mess with your footie mojo. And any other mojo you might have. According to his official site, Ducky is now the proud owner of a Tourareg Volkswagen, after moving on from a Ford and an Opel. So now you know.

Position:Keeper
Why Watch: He’s 6’4″, with broad shoulders. Really. Do you need more?
Zelijko keeps his social life on the low – partly because of the severe team quarantine about going out in evenings. He’s into his 4th year of studying history at Uni, and his goalkeeping idols are of good stock: Iker Casillas, Petr Cech, Pepe Reina.
