    lol, I just knew that this picture would show up here! I have no idea what muscle group that "exercise" is supposed to strengthen. I'm not sure they are doing it right. But since I have been doing yoga for many years I suppose I can go down there and teach those guys a thing or two. And I would do it for free. Just because I'm such a kind and generous person :) .
