Iker Casillas in Peru

Iker Casillas has been visiting Peru with Plan Internaciaonal, a charity that helps support impoverished and abandoned children.
Whilst in Peru, Iker did many worthy and generous things, which mainly involved him looking attractive whilst doing many worthy and generous things. Must have been in the contract.
A few randoms:
- Our dear Iker may be in need a few fash-tips as we feel his choice in denim is bordering on non-style;
- For those who (bafflingly) still don’t feel the love, this video may assist in bringing you over to the Casillas-side; and
- We promise we will try to go at least 48 hours without another Iker post. Wait, scratch that. We will try to try.

He's super cute, there's no doubt about that but I get TFO's point. I'm in serious danger of Spanish Baller burn out.

I think it’s so sweet of him to do stuff like this. Sierra Leone last year, Match against Malaria and now this. Another reason to love him. Forget about him having no fashion sense at all, he’s got a heart and that is a weird trait nowadays

Wait, did they cut off that video just as Iker was going to dance? NOOO!!! And I hate to say, the more you see of Iker, the more you are going to realize that he has no fashion sense AT ALL. It is his one flaw, but I love him anyway. I must object to your self-imposed moratorium on Iker. What we really need is coverage of the friendship between our fav Spanish goalie and Rafa Nadal. Yum.

Well he was on my Euro Finest Five list and after reading this if I had that list to do over, he would be ranked much higher. That he cares is really something to be celebrated. I guess I also got a little carried away with the pic of him holding the baby in his glove.

I don't mind the odd/no fashion sense either; it just means he has more important things to think about. Like impoverished Peruvian children. And making incredible saves. And generally being saint-like.
Aw, that is THE cutest thing I have ever seen OFFICIALLY. Seriously. Iker Casillas + Abandoned Children Charity is quite a few steps on the hot rank than David Beckham + Armani Ads. What is it about ballers pictured with kids that makes them that much more attractive?

My favorite player, doing ncharity work in my home contry. It can’t any better then that. I am so appreciative of him bringing worldwide awareness to the less fortunate in my beloved country.

I love Cusco and Macchu Picchu is so much more impressive than photos can convey. Peru is just an incredible country.

I too highly commend him for volunteering his precious little time off to go to Peru and use his fame to bring attention to a very worthy organisation. He had his celebration, but he's aware that he should get out there and do some good for people who could benefit from it (ahem! Sergio Ramos, please take note). The photos warmed my heart. I like that he's not wearing super-styled, Euro-trash outfits because he'd look inappropriate in that environment if he wore flashy designer clothing. Plus, he's gorgeous to look at, so I'm thrilled to bits that he's out there promoting a charitable organisation!

I must say that I love the fact that Iker went to Peru to do charity work instead of lounging by a pool somewhere. If I didn't see the Iker love before…I certainly do now!! And I love that he's wearing his gloves while holding that baby.

Allow me to say: This is SO wrong! There he is humble and good-hearted, and all I can think of is: HOT. xD So yes, I’m tottaly corrupted to the Casillas-side. I’ll do worthy and generous things to him any day of the week. hehe
To The 4th Official: The same thing happened with the Italians in 2006– and I say this as a lifelong Italy supporter, it got annoying. I had to leave a mailing list I was on b/c my inbox was disgustingly full (in the thousands everyday) and even at work (at a bookstore at the time), 3 or 4 times A DAY someone would come in asking about an Italian phrasebook. Then 2 years later, they aren’t the hottest thing anymore. It moves in waves and this wave will calm down soon enough.
So after this he went to the beach, right? I just can’t conceive of a football vacation that doesn’t result in a tan.
Ohhh…. he is lovely. At times he edges in front of the Ramos. He actually comes across as an intelligent bloke too.

And the fact that 100 fan tweens love Iker proves nothing. Sorry. McDonald’s sells 50 billion Big Macs. I don’t eat there either.
A day without Iker around here would suit me just fine.
I was shocked last night when I saw this footage in our national TV news, not because I didn’t know about Iker’s trip to Perú already, but because they’re always so serious and rarely report about celebrities like that. I guess Iker is irresistible even to our super serious news people.
Oh and with this jeans he dresses just like my Dad…I wish he’d stop that. But at the same time I wouldn’t like him to become one of them fashion victims.
Uh it’s better to just forget about his clothes and picture him without it.
