Irina Shayk: Artsy Assets

Irina Shayk and her likeness (above, which will appear in the upcoming video game Need for Speed: The Run) have been all sorts of bizzay with an abundance of projects lately, and now they both can add ‘book muse’ to their repertoires (sort of).
Shayk is supposedly not only the cover model of Raphael Mazzucco’s coffee table meme, but also a main feature of “Culo by Mazzucco.” Celebrating women’s bottoms (probably not the most average of kinds, of course), many well known names have lent their assets to the project, including Pamela Anderson, Fergie and former C-Ron fling, Paris Hilton.
After watching the teaser video, our HQ is split on whether or not we’d allow Shayk’s nude bottom to grace our coffee tables. Would you, Kickettes?
I hadn't checked this site in awhile, and then I read these comments and remembered why.
Can someone please explain to me why so many fights are erupting over this girl? Really, Kickettes? I know we're all entitled to our own opinions, but some people (on both pro-Irina and con-Irina) are being downright rude. Nobody here actually knows this girl, so I don't see why half are playing up the martyr St Irina and the other is acting like she's the she-devil. This is probably what she wants, anyways: tons of people over the world talking about her – whether what they say is good or bad. And personally, I don't think any of us should be working as her free PR.
It's not jealousy, it's the truth. She's a beautiful woman but sometimes her face looks manly. She looks 30 when she's really 25, and yes, when she smiles her lips touch her nose! In the fashion world, she's not that much of a standout beauty. But because she's dating Cristiano – she gets more fame, and books more jobs (especially in Spain).
I liked Irina before she started dating Ronaldo and I still like her now – but even I can admit all of her new found fame comes from dating Cristiano. For example, everyone talks about the SI Cover but she's been in the magazine since 2007 and only after her relationship with Cris did she score the cover! Before it was Brooklyn Decker – who's married Andy Roddick. And before that – Bar Refaeli – who was dating Leo DiCaprio at the time. SI used to choose their covers based on who had the most beautiful shot but now they just pick which girl has the most connections.
I followed her career very closely and before she was dating Cristiano – she would only book swimwear campaigns. SI was her biggest job. After the fame of dating him, she books jobs all over the world! If she really was such an impeccable beauty – Victoria's Secret would've hired her. They still don't use her.
I don't understand why Victoria's Secret hasn't hired Irina or bar Rafaeli yet! In my opinion these two are more beautiful than certain VS models like Karolina Kurkova or Miranda Kerr. Don't get me wrong, these models are pretty, but Irina (and many other models) have more exotic beauties.
I love Irina! and I would like you people to stop comparing her with all of those catwalk model who are sticks with clothes! She has a tremendous body, she has a good bottom.
For my part, I appreecitate the beauty of a woman with meet on her bones!

Girl is stunning! Of couse she's half naked all of the time cause she's a freaking swimsuit/lengerie model. I tried not to like her at first, but I like the way she does not talk about her relationship with CR or his family. She spends time with him when she can and she actually works for a living. I think she's better than the Abbey Clancys and the Danielle Lloyds of the WAGs. She's been with CR for some time now so there must be something good about her. You're obviously entitled to your opinion, though I do question why a person would feel the need to be so catty and nasty about a woman who is enjoying huge career success, without being the typical drug addled, sex tape releasing, 5 times divorcee fame whore. I'm not in love with Irina or anything but I have enough perspective to understand the prestige that comes with a Sports Illustrated cover and really, good on her for achieving that! From what I've seen in interviews, (Youtube her Letterman interview, for instance), she's pleasant and has a great sense of humour.
