Very pretty girl! We could debate all day about her career/fame and how her relationship with CR7 has affected it. Personally, I couldn't care less. At the end of the day, she and CR7 seem to be happy together and that's all that matters to me.
She might have the money but I don't like her style. Way too trendy and tacky. Alonso's wife could teach her a thing or too about class……..

I love her shoes. At first I hated them but the more I see them the more I love them.
After seeing that video and previous pictures of her I have to say that for a model she really doesn't pose too well.She only has one pose and facial expression but I guess that's why she's never made it big in fashion world and why she will never be a supermodel.She looks good in casual-it's nice to see her covered up for a change.

Well she makes her own money but she does it on the back of Ronaldo's fame and name.Before they started dating she had 3 minor covers and nobody heard of her,suddenly she is followed by paparazzi's and getting loads of business offers(especially in Spain).And she did pose naked under a headline "do you want to see CR's girlfriend naked".He is her source of income-if they break up she might live of do you want to see ex CR's girlfriend naked for a while but that's gonna dry up soon.
Do you think Michelle Obama will be a public figure when her husbands presidency is over? Maybe she will, and maybe Irina will be a succesful model even after she and Cristiano splits up. But none of them would've gotten this wellknown without their partners. All differences aside.

And you don't think I intentionally chose Michelle BECAUSE they are very different? "all differences aside", I wrote. And it means just that. Michelle and Irina couldn't be more different if they had been from different planets in the solar system. BUT, they have one thing, at least, in common and that is that their partners are very well known and, in some ways both, very powerful. And they are both to some extent depending on these partners.
I just used a common rethorical grip. Sometimes similarities becomes much more evident if they are found in very different situations. It's boring to compare her to another WAG, I thought. If you think about it you'll see what I mean.
Well i think their situation is very different. Michelle is one of the reason Obama is probably going to be re-elected. She gave an awesome speech during the democratic convention. She's college educated, charismatic and i think she could have her own political carreer while Irina is a pretty mediocre model. Don't get me wrong, i don't hate her. I'm not a Cristiano fan either. But she's only famous because she's dating him. She has no talent and nobody knew her before.
LOL, Kristina clearly stated "all differences aside". if you're gonna be offended about anything, it should be that Cristiano (bless his heart) is being held to the same standard as President Obama.
and i don't think CR and the president of the united states have anything in common – unless CR7 is a secret nerd for the US constitution and craft beer.
Did she choose that headline? Even Victoria Beckham still gets labeled as David's wife sometimes. It happens. No matter how she got the job, she still has one. There are plenty of women out there who would be happy to find a footballer and never work again. Instead she is out there working. I don't get why there are so many women hating on another woman for having a job. He is not her source of income. She still has to maintain her body, which being so fantastic is probably a lot of discipline.
Victoria was a Spice Girl BEFORE David and many, many people found out who David was because SHE was dating him. Not the other way around.

And I bet there are people who are in fashion who have no idea who Ronaldo is. You don't know that they are the ones who allow it. Models or actors or athletes don't have complete control over interviews or spreads. That's why they are often saying they are misquoted. I'm not sure what Irina ever did to you, but you seem to really dislike this woman for no reason. She hardly ever mentions Cristiano on her twitter or in interviews she gives. Everyone in this type of business has some help getting their foot in the door. He may have been hers. Get over it.

You only say that because she has the nerves to show her face on the streets with shopping bags. Would you rather that she was a housewife? Then she really would live off his money. No. She's working and she earned those shopping bags herself. And for that you slam her? Using his fame? Do you think that of every partner of a famous person? It makes me sad how every Irina post gets turned into the same thing. I will never understand why. She should probably just stop working, shop all day with Cris' credit cards, and take care of the kid. Although, then I'm sure they would all complain about how she doesn't have a job and is only using Cris for his money.
Agreed! Don't get the hate for her, esp. for her supposedly having benefited from her association with CRon – don't most WAGs do the same thing? She works and doesn't seem to be selling him out, which can't be said for many others.

I would like to compare her Nagore Xabi's wife! if not for Xabi's she wouldn't have stores, covers in magazines, I love Nagore alot, but the truth should be told, but everyone chose to focus on Irina, which I don't get, all WAGs working benfit from their boyfriends/wifes name. Again, why xabi? Kaka's wife? Sara's Iker gf? she is the most paid reporter in Spain and she sucks! anyone who thinks that Sara is good in reporting must be watching something else. She is a pretty face but does she deserve to be the highest paid reporter in Spain? no the girl who asked Iniesta if he took a penalty or not after Portugal game in Euro! soooo stop hating on Irina guys! obviously not you Kristina
mmhmm! agreed, Nagore is the perfect example of a nothing WAG, what was she before Xabi? a chain-smoking costume designer? now she has her own stores? yeah, that would DEFINITELY have happened without Xabi's influence. and for as someone who plans on pursuing a career in sports journalism myself, I cringe at the thought that women like Sara will forever be exposed to opportunities that I'll have to bust my ass for! although, some people have begun warming up to Sara lately. she and Nagore get a pass because they're "classy". remember, Sara was the target before Irina came along. Irina is a lingerie model, so she'll always receive some sort of flack from other women about her "trashy" profession. quite honestly, women who are seen as sexually threatening, and "undeserving" are usually the ones who are attacked in the way she is.
Seriously. Everyone always says that she got the cover of SI because of Cristiano. I really don't think he has that much pull in America. Two years ago people cared even less about soccer. And Nagore and Sara are a perfect example. There was even a twitter trending topic because her fellow reporters didn't take her seriously. And now she is the highest paid in Spain? Yet she doesn't get half the flack on here. And to me Nagore is the perfect example of what people like Lizzy complain about on here. She had a career but gave it up for Xabi and his football.

I do like her outfit, its something i would wear myself, but I'd probably ditch the high tops and go for some boots or converses if Im feeling casual-ler (if thats even a word).
Also I like her outfit with the exception of the trainers. Maybe switched out for an ankle length combat style boot or pair of flats
I know I'm going to get thumbed down for this again, but I don't care – I think she looks great. If I had her money I'd be somewhere else now than rainy Germany and buying myself something nice.

That's what I think…I mean surely she earned her own money before she ever met Ronaldo. Granted, she's got more exposure now, but that's not really her fault is it? It's not like she's like a lot of the other WAGS who don't work or volunteer or seem to do anything constructive with their time other than spending their other halves' money.
