Is John Terry Breaking Up with Frank Lampard?

The recent speculation – and now it would seem, confirmation – that John Terry is open to a Manchester City move has us rumbled, dear readers.
Let’s state the obvious before we carry on: we understand the man has a right to go wherever he pleases and considering he has been at Chelsea longer than most of us have been wearing stilettos, JT certainly doesn’t owe anyone anything.
Except that he does. He owes something to the love of his life, the man that makes him whole, the yin to his yang (that sounds delightfully dirty), his soul mate, Frank Lampard.

Chelsea is getting out-Chelsea’d.
Okay, so I have always dismissed this as so much nonsense, but even I, in the last few days, began to seriously panic. But now, I've regained my senses and am something like calm again. John is definitely staying at Chelsea. Anything else is unthinkable. John IS Chelsea. It's everything he's always wanted. Maybe he's 'working' the situation a little bit, but he knows where he belongs. And WHO he belongs with. Frank, of course! Soulmates, indeed. (I agree with you on the yin/yang thing, Kickette! heehee And the pic you chose- very HOT!) Those two are always going to be together. John and Frank. Frank and John. Some things just…ARE. Those two are going to be loved up when they're 80…playing golf together in some very bad trousers, no doubt, but still together! This is the only set of circumstances in which my world functions.

I am finding this one of the most entertaining transfer stories this silly season. I can totally see it happening too. Sorry to offend Cheslsea fans, but the club has lost its way a little this last couple of seasons, and I think JT has got a little fed up with the manager merry-go-round. For me it is sweet Karma, a club with money throwing it around, buying up more players than it can use and paying them massive wages to sit on the bench. Sound familiar anyone?
