- While Victoria Beckham looks rather bad ass smoking a cigar at a beach house in Malibu this weekend, her hubby David’s been named in Vanity Fair’s Best Dressed Hall of Fame. In an interview Becks names his favourite items of clothing as Dior Jeans and a white t-shirt.
- Vanessa Perroncel has spoken out -for free - in an extensive story with the Guardian and she tells a very different story than what most people have heard about the whole John Terry/Wayne Bridge love and lust trifecta. Definitely worth a read.
- Ronaldinho spent some time working on his “smizing”.
- File this under: we’ve all been there, mate. Jerome Boateng has been taken out of commission by a drinks trolley. It smacked him in the leg whilst on a flight, further aggravating a knee injury. Is this the final straw for safety within the airline industry? We hope they will now take our many pleas for built-in seat wine coolers more seriously to reduce such terrifying incidents.
- Happy birthday greetings are due to Glen Johnson, who turns 26 today!
- Whether the rumours about Rhian Sugden are true or not, Cristiano Ronaldo and Irina Shayk were spotted looking cozy at the Spain v USA basketball game in Madrid. Iker Casillas was also hanging.
- An ex-Big Brother contestant has come out with claims that Peter Crouch hit on her repeatedly on a night out. Her response? She threw a bottle at him.
- Coleen Rooney hit up the V Festival looking adorbs in a pair of mock crock wellies.
- It’s technically not gossip, but who’s going to argue with a little video of Yoann Gourcuff flexing his abs on the pitch? No one, sane, that’s who. (Skip to about .26 seconds in)

Police and prosecutors always swear that the truly innocent invariably instantly (not months later) deny the accusations. They can't stop screaming, spitting and shouting their shock and outrage about being falsely accused.
Strangely Valerie P. and JT did not do any of this. Neither did their closest friends/associates e.g. Lamps who went on record supporting Wayne Bridge's right to quit the England team, or Toni Terry who spoke of a "fresh start."

I thought that too – would be surprised personally if Max Clifford was helping anyone without payment. Surely it doesn't make good business sense to offer your time but get nothing back in return money-wise!

Betcha Clifford has a deal with her that when/if she gets settlements in her libel cases against the various newspapers, he gets a percentage. Guys like Clifford never work for free.
Them cameramen are really shameless. I was watching the game. And when Gourcuff was in becnh, they moved the camera to bench as much as possible. They are showing Gourcuff in background even if they have other players giving them interviews. Really shamelss cameramen. Or Kickette, you have some settings with them cameramen to show Gourcuff as much as possible, eh?
He was so often shown because he was at the heart of transfer rumors. Now its officially confirmed by bordeaux and lyon. Gourcuff and Lyon = my 2 passions reunited!!!
Or it is possible that a kickette is behind the camera; whatever it is i am not complaining!

It's a roundup – a rather common approach to delivering tasty tidbits of gossip/news, especially when linking to other sources. Blogs and online newspapers often use this format. Deep breaths and take it one line at a time.
It’s a round-up post summing up everything that Kickette don’t get chance to cover while they’re not working over the weekend. Surely you don’t want individual posts for items that are only going to be two lines long? It makes much more sense to collate them together seeing as none of them are very long and they’re literally only summaries.
i think everything sally said was clear and correct. they dont work weekends. why waste all the extra posts for two line reports. and if you've been around kickette, normally its way more than one post a day. this isnt the new york times, its a blog sight about footballers and their girls! it cant be that confusing to read, can it? i mean the stories are clearly seperated. if you don't like the style of writing then just dont read it, or create your own site.
