Kit Launches: From The Sublime To The Rapdiculous

New kits are coming thick and fast, and while most are going with the standard ‘cute boy in a clean shirt‘ approach, Leeds United are enticing their fans with something a little different.

Tell us, Kickettes: do you even buy replica shirts? If so, would an Eminem-inspired plea from your beleaguered manager make you reach into your purse and purchase something you almost certainly already have, albeit with a different sponsor name and/or slightly narrower stripes on it?

Or do you prefer to spend your money on more serious acquisitions? Say, cake?

If it was chocolate mud cake then I'd think about it.

Once a year I travel to Madrid to watch a game and then its a little bit of a tradition to bye a shirt in the Madrid store. I always pick the Benzema shirt and then I wear it to the game to support Benza. But they always seems to end up as sleeping shirt and I kind of like sleeping with Benz so it is worth it. I take the shirt before the cake.

Cake. Yes. Pastries, cookies, even certain candy but, replica shirts, no. At least not for me … as for gifts, they've gone over very big. But if I had it my way, someone might buy them for me while I invest in other … sweets ;-)
