Lazy Links & Randoms

No ladies, Zlats and Leo haven’t just caught sight of Lady Gaga at last night’s Brit Awards. But we offer our eternal thanks anyway to the petite blond (slightly potty) one. Her hair was the only receptacle at the show large enough to smuggle the entire Kickette team and our handbags inside. Yes, that was us!

One night of rip-roaring partying and multiple arrests later, we now lie trembling and hungover on the floor of Kickette Towers, having achieved little work and with a website to update. So, in lieu of us not having done anything remotely important at all in last twenty-four hours we will direct your attention to our absolutely lovely fellow bloggers, without whom we’d be seriously pushed today.

First up, John Terry has continued a successful week’s blagging by making himself captain of another football team. It is immediately obvious to any woman that he chooses his own shorts. If we were involved, they would be more like this.

Continuing the sartorial theme, word reaches us that Landon Donovan is upset that Marouane Fellaini gets all the attention at Goodison Park. We fear his attempts to inspire a similar following in the Everton stands will backfire.

Meanwhile, in Italy Jose Mourhino has stunned the footballing world yet again by claiming he is indeed the best manager in the history of the world.
Others beg to differ. We call thumb-war playoff between all the top gaffers. Get on that
FA.

And finally, in light of David Beckham’s performance against Manchester United last night and the fact that we’re only going to open our eyes if it’s to look at something wuvvley, we offer you this.
You’re welcome.

There’s no way that’s true about Landon Donovan. It’s totally out of character for him and let’s not forget he plays with the most famous, media attention grabbing player in the world back in LaLa Land. Mr. Beckham So he’s hardly gonna be jealous of a few lines of press about Fellaini.
