Hey all I just bought bbc and am so excited to get it and get started. I lost around 30 pounds last year and my excercise dvd quit doing any thing for me, and I just kind of lost my enthusiasm and so I have just given up. However, I have dertermined to make a fresh start with bbc and am going to lose my final 25-30 pounds.
hey …. I started mine today… its good Im happy with the workout and I bet u will enjoy it too… I lost over 30 lbs last year and my weight became stagnant and so I got BBC.. to kick start my weight loss again .. I have about another 20 Lbs to go…. keep yah progress posted.. and yah GOOD LUCK…
