Malena Costa: Cava Queen

In a promo event on Wednesday, Malena Costa modeled one of three designer frocks by Victorio & Luccino in the running to be the featured gown for the star of the Codorniu cava holiday commercial. Not only did she model a dressed named after a delicious bevie, but the kicker is she’s also set to receive a boozy title. That’s right, on October 8th, Malena Costa will be your 2011 Reina del Cava. Or Cava Queen.
Honestly, this is a title we think we can put up a good fight for, considering the endless amount of bubbly that we put away every year during La Liga. But we’d only compete if our reward was a year’s supply of awkward encounters’ liquid lube.
