It’s not classy to have genuine, red-faced, vein-throbbing rows about football, which is why we’re usually happy to roll about in drenched-in-rain ‘baller frustration for hours to come.
But the combination of wet millionaires and clinging-on- for-dear-life kits? Mercy, this may take us days.
Were you over-awed or bored Wednesday’s various domestic action, Kickettes? Your thoughts on the Capital One Cup, if you will?

en there to support my team, and Rod is a total legend! Also it's so nice to read all the nice comments about Celtic, I am so proud of them! Not only that i cannot believe i got to see Barca! Bringing
night of my life!! So happy to have been there to support my team, and Rod is a total legend! Also it's so nice to read all the nice comments about Celtic, I am so proud of them! Not only that i cannot believe i got to see Barca! Bringing
Wow De Rossi is so hot!!!
French League Cup had some serious weather problems, including this perfect playing surface at Nice: http://www.ligue1.com/images/photos/home/web/une/… and Bastia v Auxerre being called off for high winds and driving rain…this will only get worse when it starts snowing, last year several matches were called off because there was no undersoil heating, but also one where there was undersoil heating, it just – ahem – didn't go right to the edges of the pitch. Oups.
I had almost a heart attack when I saw the third picture. Has Yoann Gourcuff gone back to Italy?!? But no, that was Lamela
*fridays*
The capital one cup matches were unreal. I watched 5 matches, and there were 24 goals!! The Reading-Arsenal was insane! And my beloved Spurs! Poor Demps and that penalty. He still scored the winner at Old Trafford, so he's a hero in my book!
Every time I see Roma, I think of Erik Lamela *drool*
The Capital One cup – insanity!!!!!!
i agree with tammy what the hell happened to the defenders !! lol
so much drama…..
The Arsenal-Reading game was just awesome! Arsenal's comeback was just so unexpected… Giroud came on and totally rocked the game *love him!*
I also caught the Man Utd-Chelsea… Again, drama all the way through… And was it just me or did anyone else notice Oscar's shorts having a little party of their own?!
First and foremost…it is always good when god does the karaoke version of, "It's Raining Men," complete with props.
Secondly, I will never get used to seeing Pirlo in a Juve shirt, never, ever. EVER, but the man beard is exceptional.
Also, I have such a love hate relationship with Roma. I LOATH DDR for hurting BMB. NEVER FORGIVE! NEVER FORGET! Plus they now have Stekelenburg and he makes me want to break things, usually him. The Euros were painful for me to watch, especially every time they cutaway to Timmy Krull just chilling on the bench.
But Roma have Baby Bradley and so I want them to win everything possible. Also Kickette did you miss, BB Bradley and his wife Amanda had a baby, Luca, a few weeks ago?
As for COCUP – The matches were insane, but damn can ANYONE find a defender ANYWHERE?
The Capital One Cup provided me with one very important piece of information… Eden Hazard’s rear end is coming along quite nicely! Another few months he may even be at Torres-level DAT-ASSITUDE.
