Mr & Mrs: Wesley Sneijder and Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen Get Married
According to Dutch law, we must extend our congratulations to Wes Sneijder and his new wife, Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen Sneijder. At least we think that’s how long her name will be now.
Wes and Yo, both 25, held a quiet legal ceremony at the five-star Intercontinental Amstel hotel in mid-March. While the couple will throw a more glam affair on July 17 in Italy (classy Castel Monastero, to be exact), they only had their mothers on-hand for the low-key certificate-signing.
As a friendly reminder, Wes and Yo got together amid a slight public ‘scandal’. He divorced his wife and began dating YCVB(S) while she was rumoured to be with another man. More dating drama ensued but her last name leaves us so winded that we only have enough energy left to order our man servants to fetch us those delish gourmet cupcakes and celebrate in their honour.
We like to think Yolanthe really had the girls proudly displayed as the mayor of Amsterdam presided over the affair, but her gorgeous gown is actually courtesy of the surprise birthday party Wes threw for her earlier.

Yolanthe was recently crowned as the most beautiful woman in the Netherlands.
The wedding will take place in Italy.
Yolanthe first had a relationship with a Dutch singer, Jan Smit, but then she was caught on camera kissing Sneijder at a parking.
