Mr and Mrs: The Alonsos
Anyone else getting a little footy-wedding weary? What are we up to now, sixty, seventy-thousand already this summer?
Perhaps we’re feeling the strain because one of our favourite guys tied the knot over the weekend. Xabi Alonso married his girlfriend Nagore Aramburu, who just so happens to be the mother of his adorable son, Jon.
The wedding was held this weekend in San Sebastian, and there were over 200 guests on hand to celebrate.
Nagore was escorted down the aisle wearing a dress designed by Isabel Zapardiez which featured a veil/train as long as a dozen Mondays. (Yeah, we’re in an anti-work week sort of mood today.)
Footy guests included Mikel Arteta and his gal Lorena Bernal, and ex-Liverpool player Luis Garcia. Xabi (who it seems might be taking another big step this summer), was seen helping Nagore with her train throughout the festivities. Good man.

How cute is that 1st pic. Congrats to the happy couple- just make sure you come back to liverpool xabi. Not really feeling Lorena’s dress though. It’s a bit ‘trashy’ for a wedding especially as everyone else looks so classy.

Congratulations ! This summer there were many marriages and i think almost all players will be married but C.ROnaldo, probably, will be last player to be married.

How great does Arteta’s lady look for someone whose just had a baby? Quite sickening. Congrats on the wedding, better see you back at Liverpool soon Xabi. I’ll be honest, I think I’ve seen better pictures of Mrs Nagore. She looks old here and I’m not feeling her dress all that much; I like classic, simple and chic but her’s is a little bland for me.

They all look so cute! The dress just isn’t my style though… Mrs Alonso looks seriously good! I like her dress and I wish I could like her when I reach that age.

Xabi and Jon are just the 2 most freaking adorbale people in the world. They are so unbelievably cute together
Xabi is looking hawt in his suit, glad to see he shaved also, but WTF is up with that hair?? Usually he has such lovely hair, but there is way too much product in that. I’m not a fan of the slicked back look.
Nagore looks lovely, I like her nice simple dress. Does anyone know how old she is though? I mean she has to be at least 10 years older than Xabi, right?
Great to see Lil Luis there, I still miss him.
I will not even comment on the Xabi leaving situ. I cannot deal with it.
