Newbie: Landon Donovan at Everton
Wonder how the Everton boys will take to Landon Donovan’s arrival from the LA Galaxy?
We’re assuming the usual new-guy-on-premises action will occur: wedgies, itching powder in the old Underoos, nicking the mobile phone while he’s in the shower to call all the female phone numbers and say embarrassing things about Landon’s man-parts.
Or will it be the deadliest of all hazing rituals: the replacement of his diet Coke with full-fat Coke? Only time (and sugar-bloat) will tell.

IMO, Landycakes lacks the mental and physical fortitude to handle the Premier League. He couldn’t adjust at Bayer Leverkusen, and English football is much tougher than any of the other leagues. He is overrated and a whiney little Mama’s boy. I’m afraid the rest of the season won’t be pretty for Everton supporters.

He is so overrated as a player, most of the goals he scores are only PK, he's only good at doing PK's. He is not even good looking this midget with a HUGE forehead. He's also unecessary overpaid. I wonder how much Everton is paying that midget for the 2 month loan, doesnt deserve anything.
i was never a big fan of LD, but he has really stepped up his game in the last 2 years or so. Add in all the Becks drama, and I have really started to root for him lately. I’m excited to see him in the PL, I hope he gets decent playing time and does well. Good luck, Lando!!
The face isn’t too bad but he appears to have zero personality. Much rather watch him play then hear him talk!
As an American, I’ve never really been a fan of his hype in the US anyways. Now as a Liverpool supporter the fact that he plays for Everton gives me yet another reason to dislike him. Good stuff.

Landon:) Just to let you know kickette .. when a new player arrives at everton, they have to sing a song in front of the rest of the team, theres a famous article somewere i think of one of the players describing how funny it is, and mikel arteta sining 500miles was the funniest thing ever! anyways, just thought id let you know because it’s quite funny:)

I agree with you MissEstonia, he is sooo annoying. We met him once in LA and he was a complete jerk. Not worried though because he will FAIL just like he did in Germany and will leave soon. Keep the Premier League Donovan free! He is more of a Blue Square League Player anyway.
