Girls Night Out: The Cricket Christmas Party
Their men may play for different teams. They may differ over their use of spray tan. But the one place where WAGs come together, united as one, is at the Cricket Christmas party.
Sheree Murphy (Harry Kewell), Alex Gerrard (Steven Gerrard), Claudine Keane (Robbie Keane) and Coleen Rooney (Wayne Rooney) made the mini-trek to the mothership to celebrate the holiday season, partying until the early hours of this morning.
As you can see, they’re a “current trends” cornucopia of fashion information. Shoulders are in. Studded detailing also in. Putting it all together successfully… remains to be seen.
Who gets your vote for the best/worst look of the evening?

I’ll cut Colleen some slack, considering that she just had a baby, but WTF is up with the others??? They look simply awful.

I guess I don’t particularly mind Claudine’s dress. Her face otoh, I just can’t get past.
While Colleen is definitely bigger than before, I think she looks a lot younger with the rounder face. She was looking prematurely middle aged before.
Sheree’s shoulder pads are killing me. I’m wondering how many times she glanced over her shoulder and put an eye out.
I think this is what went through Alex’s mind upon rolling out of bed and getting ready for the Christmas Party: “Eurghhhhh… not feeling changing out of my pajams. Huf. Shoulder pads. Every black ring I own. Hope I don’t need to actually use my hands… eurgh. Which shoes? Hm… chains. Eurghhhhhh… layer the makeup, layer the makeup, layer the makeup. Now where did I put my keys…” And I generally like Alex Gerrard.
Claudine looks okay. Still hate the boots.
Colleen doesn’t look terrible, actually. Am impressed. Although she looks like she killed some sort of yeti and made a coat from the fur. But I won’t fuss about it. Too much.
Coleen is dressing like she’s 60. I’m not really into pointy shoulders, but I don’t hate Sheree’s. Claudine looks good, but Alex is a hot mess. Alex! Dressing in not normally this hard for you!

wtf is alex wearing??? i quite like sheree’s dress not the blazer (too lady gaga for me) as for claudine?- i thought it was quite cold in england at the moment, i go to school in jean, shirt, jacket, gloves, scarf, coat and flats… erm… i don’t want to hate on coleen but i agree with what someone said earlier- she looks a bit rounded on the stomach area, and i suppose one of the loving grandparents is with her son…

Alex must dress in the dark. She always looks horrible. Colleen looks great to have just had a baby. This pic was not a great one, but I saw some others that were much more flattering.
I had some Harem type pants like Alex’s……in 1988.
And those pointy shoulders? Best suited for a Star Trek convention, me thinks. All she’s missing is Spock Ears.

WEll they look stupid but Cricket got his publicity! Coleen looks too fat in that dress, Claudia like Paris Hilton in her early days and Alex looks scary…..Its too much. I love Balmain but the way this ladies wore this brand started to make me have the same feeling like I have towards Topshop:hate it. Makes it look cheap!

Don't like any of their outfits. Claudine looks sureal, and no longer human. Sheree looks like she should go back to the Woolpack. Alex looks bored and Coleen looks like she should stay at home and stop trying so hard to promote herself post baby Kai!
