Niko & Simona Kranjčar: Divorcing & Possibly Dating Others?
Several Croatian papers broke some sad news over the weekend: Niko Kranjcar and his wife, Simona (nee Fistrić) have separated and are planning to divorce after several months of intense marital problems.
And, our ever-reliable BFFs – the tabloids – were also reporting that the 27-year-old Tottenham footballer already has a new girlfriend.
According to MAX! magazine, the couple’s problems started shortly after the birth of their first and only child, daughter Loree in March 2011, when sources say Simona noticed a change in her husband’s attitude and antics. Towards the end of last year, she was supposedly complaining to confidants how Niko would venture out at night without explanation, leaving her lonely and depressed at home with their baby.

Meanwhile, Nedjeljni Jutarnji quoted sources who claimed Mrs Kranjcar and the couple’s daughter Loree actually moved back to Zagreb from London four weeks ago, and since then, Niko moved into a bachelor-style flat in central London and onto a brunette Englishwoman – rumoured to be the daughter of a Hammersmith pub owner.
Despite the six year age gap between these two, we totally didn’t see this break up coming, Kickettes. We aren’t sure if things are definitely over between the player and his longterm love, but we do know that this notoriously private pair better get themselves some new “close family friends” before heading to divorce court.
I'm not surprised, is a footballer who married too early and was not ready for marriage responsibilities! Theo Walcott who will be the next question?
Now I understand why his performances on the pitch have been pants!

I read that she is 6 years older than he and has a university degree in economics and have been together since he was 20 or something like that.
