Let us put aside the stupid ass half-untucked-shirt-trend people are trying to bring into favour and the shirt-unbuttoned-just-one-button-too-far and talk about the levels of hotness.
It’s as if the further his career slips into speculation, question and benchwarming, the Brand Beckham strategists jack up the sizzle by 25%. That’s a lot of sizzle.
David.
Please.
For the sake of our ability to function: stop the global warming. Baby seals, ice caps and Kickette need the hotness to slow down just a tad. We have jobs to go to and such.

We weren’t thrilled at the idea, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the Melanie Slade photoshoot with Arena Magazine. Not that we approve, mind, but she still looks normal, thank gawd.

Victoria Beckham has denied that she has an eating disorder. She explains in a BBC interview that she just has a very “controlled” way of eating which is why she remains so slim. (“Control” mentioned in the same sentence as eating seems worrying, but we can’t write anything further about food due to the large turkey carcass still festering on the kitchen counter and making us feel gross).
Oh, she’s also denying the recent reports that she’ll star in a film for Tom Cruise: (“I can’t act to save my life”), went skating with Geri Halliwell but didn’t actually skate, and is scared that her high waisted jeans will kill her.
We’re so proud our years of college have paid off writing such compelling copy as “high waisted jeans will kill her”.

Frank Lampard and Elen Rives have been given a 11-8 chance by betting shop PaddyPower that they will break up in 2007.
First of all, we don’t know what the hell 11-8 actually means. Working out odds is too much like math to us. We can get with a “1 in 5 chance” type of understanding, but outside of that, no idea.
In any case, they’re at the top of the “who will break up” list, with David and Victoria Beckham at 7 -1 and Ashley and Cheryl Cole at 10-1. It will be interesting to see how these odds chance over the next few months.
We can’t really see Elen and Frank splitting this year… She’s pregnant for a start, and even though some nasty rumours have recently come out about Frank having an affair with some Spanish tart named Montse Lucas in October 2006, they got over that whole secret hubby fiasco, so they’ll get through this surely.
Sidenote: do these women ever leave these guys? Or is it a case of the benefits outweighing the playa ways?
