However, on the grounds that during France’s friendly against Croatia last night, the defender brought new and terrifying meaning to the term ‘bitchface’ (left), we prepared to leave it alone. For now.

    The “Marine inspired” French nt kits: NO. The simple blue ones are great, but this? It looks good on no one. Not on le capitain Alou. Not on bb Nasri. Not even on Yoann. At least Hugo looks fine in his.
    Philippe’s hair: I’m not a sucker for long hair. In fact I don’t really like it at all. But I have to make an exception In this case. Philippe just wouldn’t be philippe without his golden hair. But that’s just me.
