Suuupperr, Super Frank,
Suuupperr, Super Frank,
Suuupperr, Super Frank,
SUPER FRANKIE LAMPARDD!
frank’s playing “smell it”
YEAH BABY! We did it! Champions League Finals HERE WE COME! GO BLUES!
I love you Frankie
Oh yes I do
I love you Frankie
My heart is true
Without you on the pitch
I’ve been so blue
I love you!
Welcome bacck DAHHHHLLLLINNNGGG!
It looks like that is a moment that everything hit him again and it is trying to hold it together.
Lamps we love you dolly!!
COME ON BLUES! I am so glad Lampsy is back. I can’t wait for the game.
So excited Lampsy is finally back with the boys! It’s still sad about what happened to his mother, but I hope he scores today just for her.
I agree Chel.C. they should bring him in later in the game—-the crowd would go INSANE!
COME ON BLUES!!
I’m amazed that he’s is back so quickly but if he can pull it off well that’s fine with me
I have a feeling the game is gonna end in a scintillating 0-0, as most games at the Bridge invariably end up. I’m calling out sick from work to watch this game so I’m hoping they’ll play like they did on the weekend, i.e. like they actually cared.
Oh, Chelsea we love you.
I’m soo excited Lampsy’s back. Now maybe Chelsea can top the Premiership I’m excited for the next match. Goodness.
Yup Chel.C, same everything. But there will be a different ref and you are playing a different team. So the result may not be the same.
And feel free to brag, this is the Chelsea thread after all. I shall reserve my bragging for the Liverpool thread, although all I’m doing in there is throwing up with nerves!!!
i know….and when they showed his father in the crowd i lost it!! I was so proud he scored and then when i saw him cry i was like, “aww” and then showing his father and everyone crowding around him….Best Goal Ever!!!
I love ya Frankie and so glad we’re goin’ to the finals boys!!!
Mrs X – you are now responsible for me having High School Musical in my head from your last comment.
Get your head in the game, get your head in the game.
Damn babysitting. :/
I’d Like to see him come off the bench in the 60th minute or so. It would get the crowd going and and a huge emotional boost for the team. Hopefully, Grant will play the same team that beat United. Same positions, same everything, and then bring Lamps on.
Hopefully, but the time he comes in we’ll be 3-0 up…
Sorry to all you Reds fans… <img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/smile.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="smile" style="border:0;" />
I can’t see his head being in the game.
MrsX he is going to play x
it said this morning x
and this looks wrong this pic i dont like it ,, it looks like hes smelling his hand after hes put it in something x
Frank’s goal made me cry and then at the end he was crying too, which then made me cry some more. He’s amazing!
security word = voice26 (a.k.a. John Terry)
I was really suprised to hear he might play. He said after last tuesday that he wasn’t ready physically or emotionally. Surely now he is going to be worse?
I think Lamp’s is covering up a belch from one too many of TFO’s nerve-calming mimosas.
Not a Frank fan, but I am glad to see him back. I really feel for him, poor guy. It’s gotta be tough.
Oh, he’s savouring the feel of his skin seeing as he won’t have much left of that after meeting the Reds tonight.Moahahaha! (seriously, I need that nitroglycerine)
The moment before this photo was snappped, he had his hand shoved down his shorts. Then he sniffs the fingers. It’s a nervous habit. But I tell ya what….that smell doesn’t come off easily!
Sick sick sick with nerves, and Lampsy sniffing his fingers is doing nothing to ease it.
Another frozen martini please Chad, and have you got something for me to nibble at?
<img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/tongue_wink.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="tongue wink" style="border:0;" />
Lol, you girls. Can I hit Chad up for a sup too TFO? I do love an appletini
Oh, and Frank. I hope that’s you practising wiping your tears after you lose the match tonight. Tip, your eyes are higher up.
Better for him & the team I don’t want to watch Chelsea in final!!!
He’s understanding about these things Anja. Besides I hope his mind is on more important things than what I’m up to!!
MrsXA, what would your hubby Xabi say?!
Well, too bad I’m to far from Manchester
He looks like he’s seen something really awful off the edge of the photo – like, Avram Grant in pink Hawaiian shorts or something – and he’s putting his hand to his mouth in horror and going “Shiiiiiit, that’s ugly.“
Ahem. Yes. Welcome back, Lamps. Hope you do well.
Oooh cancel the drink, can I have thirty minutes with the barman instead??
Coming up. Courtesy of my barman Chad. He is not always careful with the glassware, but I keep him around anyway.
OK well I asked for one in the United tread, but can I have one here too? My family don’t call me Maxine two drinks for nothing. One for each hand
Hmm. Definitely not enough thigh in this picture for a neutral.
And I don’t know what he’s doing with his fingers, nor where they’ve been.
I’ll repeat my offer from the Manchester Training thread: the bar is open, mimosas on tap for those of you just waking up, Sex on the Beach for the rest. Kleenex, sympathy, encouragement, all here for you.
He has that ‘Ooop, I’m gonna puke’ look on his face.
Don’t worry Frankie boy, I feel the same.
w0o0ow the game was amazing.
But I have to say that the best moment was when Frankie scored the penal, it was a very emotional and beautiful moment.. I almost cry, it was so bittersweet
PS: cuteee, security word: feeling85
AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!! CHELSEA ARE GOING TO THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! I’m crying like a baby! MY BOYS ROCK! FRANK IS AMAZING!! HE’S MY HERO!
****sneaks in, sobs, and sneaks out****
Awwww **some kind of teary-eyed smiley**
I think I got my Chelsea-love back when Frank scored that penalty. It was magical !
<img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/smile.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="smile" style="border:0;" />
Congratulations, Blue girls. Bloody hell, I even had a lump in my throat when Frank scored and started sobbing on the pitch.
See you in Moscow!
Third time’s the charm!!! <img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/cheese.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="cheese" style="border:0;" /> <img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/cheese.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="cheese" style="border:0;" /> <img src="http://www.kickette.com/images/smileys/cheese.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="cheese" style="border:0;" />
I’m not “so happy I’m crying,“ but my eyes are running from allergies.
k, I’m wearing my Chelsea shirt and my Chelsea socks. I have some kind of black dirt on my floor that won’t vacuum up but I think I need to stop trying.
OMF I noticed that Frank wasn’t wearing his patented short-shorts!
Please may my headache go away! I don’t need one for orchestra rehearsal later.
Hey, Blue sweeties – I’ve been in a meeting – hope Chad has been taking care of y’all. Just a few minutes till kick-off. May the best team win, and I hope no one gets hurt or red-carded. That’s the best I can do, considering I’m a neutral.
Catch ya on the flip side.
I’m watching the game at home alone, which makes me feel better than watching it at a pub, and ESPN has a pregame show. Right now they’re discussing my man Micha.
I just ate some cake and some lamb (my cholesterol is 147, which shocked me as to how low it was), and now I’m nervous. Thankfully I already have no fingernails to bite.
Now I’m going to go put on my Chelsea shirt.
