“I had never experienced the mailman at the door getting on his knees and kissing my feet. The Italians are so crazy about football it’s unbelievable.”
– The German striker on life with Italian Serie A club Lazio.

Oh my, I’d be tempted to do the same. Not because of calcio, just because he’s Miro;-)
In Italy football it's a part of our life, of our culture, but I think that the mailman it a stereotype of typical italians. Italians are not a mailman that kiss player's feet, of course there're a lot people who have done the same thing, but there are in minority. I love football but I won't act in the same way if I see a player, and I didn't acted in the same way when I met Pep Guardiola in my city.
Thats my man =D
Oh, Miro. Do you understand how much I *heart* you?
Gollllllllllllllllllllaccccccccccciooooooooo!
Haha!! Now that brings me back….Sunday afternoons when I was little shouting GO LAZIO!!! at the top of my voice, I just thought they loved Lazio lol.
heh, good times.
Omg, I would do the same thing as the mailman lol. I admire klose soo much. One of my top favorite players.
