i thought i was imagining it, but reading your comment, i do remember reading that steven welcomed barry.. i like steven, and i believe he knew the value of xabi (who we adore). it is (still) heartbreaking to read this. we suffer as fans, too. xabi was then, and still is, just being human. good luck to my teams, liverpool and real madrid! peace to everyone..

Thats Coleen’s brother, and they were in a restaurant in Manchester Bella.
When Xabi insists that he loves Liverpool we can only thing that there was something at the club that didn’t suit him, Rafa comes first in mind, but we can also think at the managers in need of a lot of chash for the American owners…Gerrard was right he didn’t thought at what was Xabi for their team game!

Reading that article broke my heart… but as the ONTD girls said, if you liked it Stevie, you should’ve put a ring on it. He was hailing the possible signing of Barry two summers ago instead of supporting Xabi to stay as he didn’t look like he wanted to leave just then. I was a bit disappointed with that and maybe Xabi was too. But sadly, we can’t know what goes on in the change room, and anyway, what’s done is done.

So sad to see Liverpool struggle like this. But I hope this is what they have to go through to resolve issues and get better. I am worried for Nando and don’t want him to risk further/long term injury by playing through pain, but he is one of the few players that keep the team alive.

I think it was between Xabi and Rafa. It was a sweet comment but I agree that he might have left out the everyone did everything we could to make him stay bit.

Xabi might have gone back to Spain someday but he wanted to win the League as much as any Liverpool player and loved the fans, so I don't think it would have been this season if he hadn't felt pushed by being put on the market the summer before — actually, he's said that.

More importantly — what doorway was this most cute and flirty (am I projecting?) Stevie in, accompanied by whom, and with how many patches on his shirt?

I've heard that before and now I'm devastated that the most important players suffer injuries and Nando? a surgery? it will exclude him for couple of months from playing – very hard times for all the red fans ;(

I may be a volunteer if they need me to massage, feed or just make them relax – call me.
