In that picture Sergio is representing one of the Three Wise Men -Balthasar, who happens to be black, during the 6th of January, which is a VERY, I repeat, VERY important festivity in Spain where the kids are given their Christmas presents. It's always been a tradition to have one famous person paint his face in black and represent Balthazar, although in some places they rather opt to hire a black man. I assure you that THERE'S NOTHING WRONG OR RACIST in that picture, plus he's doing it for the children, which is a wonderful thing IMO.
