The love, respect and trust they have for one another is a joy to behold in the current football culture where there is so much hate and violence. Perhaps if more NTs (and indeed club teams) were more like the Spanish NT football would be a better game. As a certain FT9 has been known to say "Love is the most important thing" – couldn't agree with him more!!

Spain NT will never be creepy. Regardless of the skipping-around-the-pitch, buddy-wrestling, the-boat-is-sinking, and other bromance-y exercises they do for training. Especially when Ramos and Torres are involved (and instigating).
But Boss Xabier needs to be in the pic. And Captain Iker, too.
I agree with everything said so far. I dearly love to see how affectionate they are with each other. Here in America, men would rather be skinned alive than act that way for fear of being called gay. I love the Spanish bromances because it shows a different cultural perspective that's based on real feelings and not fear. My favorite duo is Sergio and Iker who are known to give a kiss on the cheek and a pat on the butt to each other in passing. It amazes me how natural it is to them, and how sweet they are. Love them all!
Seconding this entire comment. The NT is far to cute and awesome to ever be creepy, and pre-game besos between Sergio and Iker are the best.

Very well said. I think it's sad when men I know aren't that close with their friends, or are afraid of expressing to their friends how much they mean to them, out of fear. It's really wonderful to see men so open in their regard for each other, and so easily affectionate.
Well, if I was showering with Iker, Ramos, or the entire Spanish NT, I would naturally pat them on the butt or kiss their cheeks when I walked by them as well
It can never be too much. Their mutual platonic love is a joy to see, especially when you live in a place with such little football love stories.
That and they are Spanish. That alone means I will never fall out of love of seeing their love.
It's really odd how Spanish is synonymous not only for really really really ridiculously goodlooking, but also for being a top class bloke as well. *le sigh*

this picture in particular is heartwarming because the ramos literally looks like the ringleader and he is usually the instigator of the man hugs that bring me so much joy. he is the pony peanut butter in the spanish NT/RM manwiches. i wouldn't have it any other way.
