Style-Off: Milano Managers
Jose and Leonardo. The one-namers we know and love went head-to-head in a tense fash-clash over the weekend. Inter took home the points, but who won on the sidelines?
Let’s pay homage to the Italian fashion capital currently under split ownership and reflect on what was good, what when wrong and why it may be time to pencil in a salon visit.
Sideline Stance
Legs spread. Check. Perspiration. Check. Frantically pacing with the occasional foreign explicative. Doubly Check.
Jose taught Tyra what a fierce pose is and even managed to sprinkle some Special One® dust on the touchline to make it seem spectacularly angry also. Well done him.
On the other hand, we feel it necessary to dock points from Leonardo for his repeat sideline performance attire.
May we suggest a new, longer tie to counter-balance the outstretched arm approach to Italian yelling linguistics.
Is it asking too much for a man of this caliber to have a high rotation of silk ties, jackets and cuff links for us to admire during slow periods on the pitch? Perhaps he could change during half time.
Good Lookin’ Glare
Mourinho’s an expert on the squint and scare techniques that makes femmes swoon (even those he’s not currently married to) and players wince. However, we feel our foxy forest friend should tame his head coat with some sheers.
On the flip side, if one was to thesaurus “cute and cuddly” this Leonardo photo (below) would appear.
In fact, we can hardly contain our hearts from pounding out of our perky chests (Ed Note: according to us, at least) while viewing.
No contest – Leonardo’s side eye rules. This is the bedside, Tiffany-framed kiss-at-night-before-illiciting-sexual-fantasies-in-your-sleep type of photo that we rate with two enthusiastic thumbs up.
Verdict: Jose may rule the Serie A table, but Milano streets love them some Leonardo.
Was Jose’s failure to stylize/use a taming product a fluke? Or will Leonardo’s locks of Pantene Pro-V glory always out-condition the competition? Which manager would you give the style points to?

Leonardo. He’s such a cutiee. And just because Mourinho is arrogant, thing that i hate!
One more thing…FOLLOW ME on twitter (click on link)
jose….i've always thought of him as one of the hottest men in football and i'm glad his looks have been brought to attention now!! his sullenness and arrogance make him all the more smoldering. leo is cute and definitely more approachable looking. what is going on with jose's marriage?
Gotta give the good looks points to Leonardo, even though Jose won on the pitch.
Leonardo is a cutie, but for now, Jose is the King of Milan.
I never thought about Jose in a sexual way…He’s elegant and has that something” but I never dreamed of…you know.
With Leonardo however…
Sexiest 40-year old on the planet.
Two of the best looking managers on the planet. Gotta love Jose’s swagger and Gotta love Leonardo’s very nicely fitted white shirts.
Leonardo gets my vote! Jose’s got too much grey…
Leonardo gets my vote
Jose's got my vote
Love looking at Leo, but there is only one Special One. Jose wins.
Jose rules..
Leo has potential but lets accept it, he is a rookie…
The lord and master.. The Special One.
Even though Jose is the Special 1.. Leonardo takes the style-off. come on.. he's Italian..
I meant he’s got true Italian style ;]
hottest manager is without doubt Arsene Wenger…. don't ask me why, I'm just weird. But as a Milan fan (although at time like this it becomes nearly embarassing to admit my affiliation) I'd pick Leonardo. His hair is magic and his suits are D&G so well… obviously. Jose is still… special, but sometimes the surly looks gets a bit much.
that is soooo true wenger is just so damn sexy and it confuses me as to why. i can watch arsenal and barely give a 'he's so hot' reaction but wenger, i can't stop looking (with the exception of ramsey, bendtner, van persie)
OMG! I cannot decide… Leo, no Jose, no Leo I think it’s draw!
Leo definitely! He is actually sporting the club’s official D&G uniform, while Jose’s wearing his own stuff.
Jose is (more likely than not) wearing Jil Sander (Inter's sponsor) or Armani (his own sponsor.) The Dolce & Gabbana threads for Milan are always spectacular.
Leonardo ftw. What he lacks in wins so far this season he makes up for in just lookin damn fine. I may be a Roma fan but oh boy is Milan pretty to look at.
Leonardo!!!!!!!!!!!
he's so cute!!!!!!!!
Definitely Jose. The man is practically art. lol
jose wins. not only is he the special one, and not to mention he looks absolutely fetch, his bored look at the barca match was soooo sexy i lost all 5 senses for some time. and this is wrong because jose is 30, yes 30 years older than me…..but sooo hot
Leonardo sweeps this one!
Hay Dios! pure hotness there!
Damn, those are some FINE managers.
btw. is leonardo married???
Married with children
life is not fair. i´m always too late *cries*
José wins!! In style and in life, may I add. *cough*
He looked stunning on saturday with that grey shirt.
How hot is the first pic… They look like they´re leaning in for a little kiss. Looking at each other's mouths. Anyway, I can't name a winner, since they both make my loins quiver. I take Leo´s looks and locks, with Mourinho´s style and attitude/assiness. And pout.
I don't know what is it with these managers (especially these two and Pep)… Their yelling, pacing and gesturing… It´s like their mating call.
okay, let me just say that this is my dream come true. these two are SO. SEXY.
Leonardo!!!!!
Jose might be the special one but this grey in grey outfit does nothing for me.
Leonardo looks absolut classy with his perfect suit.
Congrats TB… it was a spectacular victory
Jose wins… he is the special one and he delivers.
Let me take this opportunity to bask in the glory of our derby win. 4-0!!! *basks in glow of the Madonnina*That is all.
