Style Files: Very Posh Leather Leggings
What’s the first thing Victoria Beckham did after a long-ass flight into London from Cali?
Nope, it’s not eat, though she did hit up a restaurant for a little posing with food. But prior to that, she headed to Balenciaga for a mini shopping trip.
Leather legging feedback please from our fashion-minded readers?
How on earth did she get those on? We’re thinking a very liberal application of cooking oil. Or perhaps they were just sewn on around her body for one-time only usage. Also, we find ourselves strangely pre-occupied with the crotch area of these trousers. Help us.
Cute leggings. She looks good on them… I don’t know *how* she got them on, but they look great on her!
Victoria Beckham is amazing for keeping the spice girl style for so many years, while having three boys with David. She always looks posh, no matter what she dresses on. She is a perfect model for the tight clothing. I like it.
What brand are those leggings?

Aaah… Victoria never lets us down! But with her its a sincere (tho I dont get it myself) adoration of her own fashion style that she CAN pull off. Dont like the leggings (best pulled on with talc, dontchaknow!) but they work for her because its what we expect of her now.
But if it was my hubs big one coming up (100 caps,yawn) and all eyes would be on you…..would you have worn this?
Still, I care enough to comment, and maybe thats what keeps her going.
Love her or loathe her she WAS undeniably the first WAG (magnificent World Cup tag, gone down in history!) and long may she reign.
Im no fan, but all credit to her for keeping the pretenders at bay, while David still has workload (?) in England.

I like the leggins but not on her that jacket is cute but not whit does leggins and the gloves male her look like she is trying to hard it looks like a costume and what is whit her permanent camel toe
actually , I think the question here is how does her itty bitty little body support her head? It’s as if her neck is going to snap with any sudden movement.

I think she just doesn’t look human anymore, but like some kind of alien from a planet without food. I am sorry, but I just cannot find any appreciation for that look. No-no.

Well…..it’s defintely a different kind of look that’s for sure. And no one but Vic could pull it off with such aplomb. It’s not something I would personally go for (full disclosure, I have owned leather pant in my life but they were from Banana Republic and I was in college) but I think the overall look isn’t bad. Love the jacket and the purse.
The first thing I thought when I saw the leather pants was “how did she even get them on?“ and that was before I read that Kickette had that same thought. I’m also wondering what is with the leather gloves…it’s a bit much for me.
TFO I always think of Ross and his leather pants whenever I see anyone in leather pants too.
i wouldn’t wear them, but i don’t think she looks bad. love the shoes, the jacket and the bag. she definitely pulls the look off, one of the few i think could.
They look fantastic on her—but then again, in my eyes, she still can do no wrong. Honestly, I’ve seen other people try this out, and it’s never looked right. But VB definitely pulls this off.
Love them! And I don’t think they’re leather either or else it would not be possible to get them on. Must have some sort of stretch, lycra, etc. in them. She always keeps it interesting!
I think she took those from Alex Curran-because I remember pictures of that one while parting and having the same think.
I like the jacket, the pants are definately not for everyone but overall she looks good. Wouldn’t wear 70% of what she does but I like her for keeping it interesting and OTT.
Ugh. Forget the pants, wtf are those gloves she’s wearing? I really really dislike leather. I do not want to be wearing a dead cow on my body, thank you very much.

‘Help meeeee’. She’s auditioning for The Fly again ! Those glasses make her head look huuuge and the gloves with the re of the black say very sophsticated bank robber. Love the jacket, but otherwise trying too hard as usual. Her outfts look so uncomfortable – how does she do anything normal like sit down, eat, pee ?!

Those pants are right out of 1978 Charlie’s Angels (the original TV series for those youngin’s here born after 1980). It was a look that should have stayed in the 70s and died a horrid death.
Apparently all the application of any sort of breakfast food was used to grease her legs. I honestly don’t see how anyone can pull off leather leggings. David must have had to do a little pushing and pulling early in the morning

Urgh…to the leggings and the glasses (though i suppose the leggings work more on her than they would on anyone else….i don’t think these should be tried by anyone. ever.) though i love the jacket. very nice. usual comment though : isn’t she COLD??? they may be leather (or spray on paint?) but they can’t be warm? and she needs a scarf. how does she not catch a cold when she’s so tiny?
