Sylvie van der Vaart: Catwalk Cutie

Fresh off her hols, Sylvie van der Vaart took to the Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week catwalk for lingerie and swimwear designer extraordinaire Hunkemoller yesterday. Give yourself a gold star in WAG activities if you recall that Sylvie’s been modeling in the company’s print and television ads this year.
With the absence of giant scary wings and bras that cost more than we spend on booze and hatching plans to break into locker rooms, we’ll call this Victoria’s Secret light.
We take comfort in knowing that Sylvie’s subtle orange glow is courtesy of the actual sun and not a bottle. Ever-faithful husband Rafael was on hand to cheer on his lady and pose happily on the pink carpet. Coincidentally that is the same colour carpet we have at HQ only ours has more mysterious stains and chocolate wrappers on it.

Translation video: She said that she was very stressed before the show but that she wanted to do it because of that. Do everything you're afraid of! And Rafael said that he was very proud of Sylvie and that he thinks that she is the most beautiful woman in the world, no matter what she wears.
It was the first time that they were together on the red carpet in Germany.Rafael said that he likes it that she has her own career and that he comes along only once a year to an event if he can with his footballcareer. So this was it for 2012!

Sylvie is 1.58 m/ 5 ft 2 inch. She said they gave her killerheels to match the 6.0 models. I think she is brave to walk a lingerieshow at 34 without the Victoria Secret superlegs…She looks great!
So cool for her ! Especially considering her height, she is not very tall; 1.60 cm/ 5 ft 3 inches. And I love Rafael+Silvie together, he seems such a sweet husband.
